Dress purchase
I ordered this really cute dress online and was super excited to wear it. But it's been over a week now and I still haven't received it! I even got a message saying it was delivered, but it's definitely nowhere to be found. I tried emailing their customer service, but no one ever got back to me. It's so frustrating! I wouldn't recommend buying from them, it's probably better to spend a bit more and shop somewhere local. Apparently, they're based in Turkey and their customer service is a major disappointment.
