Sneakers with hole after less than 3 weeks
I got these sneakers from Style Runner and they already have a hole in the heel after less than 3 weeks of wearing them. I reached out to them for help but they said it was my fault for wearing them wrong, which I know is not true. I've been in the fitness industry for a while and never had this issue with other sneakers. Really disappointed in the bad quality of these sneakers and the customer service from Style Runner.

Snapped 6 iron
My 6 iron broke after just a year, only 2 days past the warranty. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help and didn't even bother responding to my emails. I ended up having to shell out my own money for the repair and now I'm thinking about legal action. Definitely steer clear of this brand if you want something that won't fall apart.

Flash drives with custom printing
I just ordered a bunch of flash drives with custom printing from iPromo for my company. I wanted to give them out to my clients with the new software update already on them. The whole thing went really well, from ordering to getting the final product. The flash drives were top-notch quality and the printing of my company info was spot on. It was great that I could load the software myself, it made everything easier. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be using iPromo again down the line.

False advertising, slow refund process, bogus charges
The stuff I got was not at all what they showed on the website. The color and feel were totally off. I was super bummed and had to send it back. Getting my money back took forever and on top of that, they took out some random fees from my refund. It was a total headache and I was beyond frustrated with the whole thing.

Rain coat jackets - missing items
I ordered 3 rain jackets, but I only got one in the mail. I contacted the company, showed them proof of my order and tracking info, and they ended up refunding me for the jackets I didn't receive. They told me the jackets were out of stock.
