    E-gift card purchase for granddaughter in Australia

    I just bought an e-gift card from an online store for my granddaughter in Australia. I was planning on giving it to her as a Christmas present, but turns out the e-gift card was in New Zealand Dollars, which she couldn't use. I called the customer service number they gave me, but they couldn't fix the problem or give me back my $100. I've also sent emails but haven't heard back from them yet. I'm really upset with their customer service and how they handled my purchase.

    $200 Sambas

    I just bought these $200 Sambas, but man, let me tell you, it was the worst customer service I've ever had. Ashley and Olivia, on the customer service team, were so rude and unhelpful. They seemed like they were purposely trying to confuse me. They kept sending me back and forth until it was too late to fix the problem, and now I'm out $200. I was really mad and let down by how unprofessional and unhelpful they were.

    Sneakers with hole after less than 3 weeks

    I got these sneakers from Style Runner and they already have a hole in the heel after less than 3 weeks of wearing them. I reached out to them for help but they said it was my fault for wearing them wrong, which I know is not true. I've been in the fitness industry for a while and never had this issue with other sneakers. Really disappointed in the bad quality of these sneakers and the customer service from Style Runner.

    I recently bought some stuff online and had to send back two things. It was kind of a pain because they made me go through this website where I had to pay $10 for a return label. Turns out, I could have just taken the items back to a store in person, which would have been way easier and cheaper. I've been a good customer, buying stuff from them before, so it was really frustrating to deal with all this confusion and lack of help. And then, they wouldn't even give me a refund for the $10 return label fee! I think they need to fix how they handle returns so other customers don't have the same problems in the future.

    3 items, voucher issue, sold-out item

    Man, what a mess! So I went and got 3 things on January 20, used a voucher, and then paid for the rest with my credit card. But get this - two weeks later, I find out my payment didn't go through, even though my bank says it did. After going back and forth with customer service for days, they finally admit they messed up and give me my money back, but not the voucher amount. By that time, the thing I really wanted was already sold out! Can you believe how they messed up and then acted like it was no big deal? Such a waste of time and energy dealing with this company.

    I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service and return policies at this store recently. I bought some stuff - sneakers, tops, and tights - but they didn't fit right. When I went to return them, they wouldn't take them back, even though they were brand new and I hadn't worn them at all. It was really frustrating and disappointing to deal with such inflexible and unhelpful customer service.

    Faulty shoe purchase

    The customer service at this online store is a complete joke! I bought a pair of shoes that turned out to be faulty, and it's been a real pain dealing with them. These shoes weren't cheap, so I expected better quality and service. I've reached out to their customer service team multiple times, explaining the issue and even providing documentation from the brand confirming the fault. But all they keep doing is giving me the runaround, insisting I bring the shoes into the store for assessment. Seriously, do they think I have all the time in the world to drive for hours just to show them something that's already been confirmed by the brand itself? It's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with their lack of care for their customers and their refusal to properly address the problem. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place if you value your time and money.

    Blue running shoes

    I just bought a pair of blue running shoes at this store and it was a great experience. Sarah, the staff member, was super nice, polite, and helpful the whole time I was shopping. She not only helped me find the perfect shoes, but she also gave me some other options when my first pick wasn't in stock. I really liked the excellent customer service she gave me.
