Unwanted marketing emails
I'm someone who has never made an account with this company, and it really bothers me to keep getting spam emails from them. I've searched for a way to unsubscribe, but without an account, I can't do it. It's pretty frustrating and not cool of them to ignore non-customers like this. Companies should always respect people's privacy and choices, whether they're already customers or not. Sending tons of unwanted emails is just going to push people away, not bring them in.

I've noticed a problem with the drivers on this platform - there's not enough accountability. It feels like if you don't tip in advance, you might get lousy service. It's annoying as a customer to not get consistent quality of service, so I ended up quitting the platform completely.

3 items, voucher issue, sold-out item
Man, what a mess! So I went and got 3 things on January 20, used a voucher, and then paid for the rest with my credit card. But get this - two weeks later, I find out my payment didn't go through, even though my bank says it did. After going back and forth with customer service for days, they finally admit they messed up and give me my money back, but not the voucher amount. By that time, the thing I really wanted was already sold out! Can you believe how they messed up and then acted like it was no big deal? Such a waste of time and energy dealing with this company.

Vertical Jump Training Program
As someone who used to play basketball and wanted to get better, I thought I'd give this vertical jump training program a shot. It was really organized and covered a lot of different areas, like strength training and plyometrics, to help me jump higher and faster during games. The nutrition advice they gave me was also pretty useful for staying in top shape. What I liked the most was having a coach to guide me and offer support, making sure I was doing each exercise right and getting better at jumping. I definitely noticed a big difference in how high I could jump after sticking with the program for 12 weeks.
