Fast Delivery, Unavailable Product
As a loyal customer of PetFlow, I've always been amazed at how quickly my orders arrive. It's so convenient to have all my pet supplies delivered straight to my door in no time. But, I was let down recently when I realized that the rawhide chew sticks my dog adores, proudly made in the USA, are no longer up on the website. My furry buddy has loved these chew sticks for ages, so it's really disappointing to see them missing.

I bought three air purifiers from this company not too long ago. Sadly, one of them turned out to be defective and only had one fan working. When I reached out to customer service, I was surprised to find out that I would have to pay for the repair, even though the item was still under warranty. I think that if a product is faulty, especially after using it minimally for less than a year, the company should take responsibility instead of expecting the customer to foot the bill.

I recently bought some stuff online and had to send back two things. It was kind of a pain because they made me go through this website where I had to pay $10 for a return label. Turns out, I could have just taken the items back to a store in person, which would have been way easier and cheaper. I've been a good customer, buying stuff from them before, so it was really frustrating to deal with all this confusion and lack of help. And then, they wouldn't even give me a refund for the $10 return label fee! I think they need to fix how they handle returns so other customers don't have the same problems in the future.

Overall Purchase
I just bought a couple pairs of overalls and a top. But, I only got one pair of overalls, and my order basically vanished! I checked online and it's like I never even placed an order. I'm working with customer service to sort out the missing overalls situation. It sucks not getting what you bought, but I'm glad they're trying to fix it.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, oops! Right after I hit 'complete order', I realized my error. I sent them a quick email, and they were so understanding and changed it for me. Their customer service is awesome, I'm grateful! I'll definitely be shopping here again!
