My quick flight assistance
I had an awesome time with them! So, I was flying somewhere and my first flight was running late. I started worrying that I might miss my second flight. I sent them a message and they responded right away, super friendly and helpful 😊 They told me exactly what to do if I missed my second flight and even called me multiple times to make sure I caught my connecting flight! Their service was incredible! They truly improved the entire experience; I'll definitely use their services again.

Gift basket purchase for a birthday
I just bought a gift basket for my friend's birthday, but they never got it. I reached out to customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful or professional. I was really let down by the whole situation and won't be buying from them again.

I tried to buy the same stuff 6 times and each time my order got cancelled right away. Bluemercury keeps saying it was 'Fraudulent charges', but my bank said there's no problem. I wasted a ton of time and missed out on Black Friday deals because of this.

Custom-sized dress purchase
