Overpriced products
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, but I've gotta say, I'm really let down by their pricing. I've been telling my family about them for years, but I think I'm gonna have to look elsewhere from now on. The way they overcharge for their stuff is just crazy - way more than what it's really worth. They're just not fair compared to the original brand websites. It's just sad to see a brand I used to trust doing shady stuff like this. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about shopping there, 'cause the prices might not be worth it in the end.

Cool clothes
I finally got my clothes today, way later than I expected after ordering them a week ago. I was constantly checking my account, but it kept saying "processing" the whole time! I even sent them a bunch of emails, but they never responded. Good thing I used PayPal or I would have been so frustrated. But surprise surprise, my order finally arrived today! The clothes are amazing and they fit perfectly. I still feel like they have room for improvement in their communication, though. It's a bit disappointing because their products are really nice and the prices are great too.

Bamboo shampoo and conditioner purchase
The bamboo shampoo and conditioner totally blew me away. I was kinda unsure about giving them a shot at first, but when they showed up, I was super impressed by how awesome they smelled and how silky they made my hair feel. The bamboo holders that came with them were not only handy for keeping them organized, but also added a classy vibe to my bathroom. I've been using these goodies for a while now and I'm really happy with how they've worked out. I've even been telling all my friends and family about them, and some have even gotten them as gifts from yours truly. And the fact that they're plastic-free and eco-friendly is a major win in my book. All in all, I can't say enough good things about my experience with these bamboo products.
