    High chairs for our children

    We just got two high chairs for the kids and a baby seat for the little one. The chairs themselves are awesome - strong, comfy, and stylish. But, man, the delivery and customer service have been a letdown. The tracking info was all over the place, making it hard to know what was coming and when. The high chairs came on time, but no baby seat. Customer service was no help - vague and not very useful about the delay, no follow-up or fix in sight. It's annoying to have the high chairs just sitting there unopened because of the missing baby seat. The product is solid, but the delivery and service fell short.

    Unauthorized transaction denial

    I'm in total disbelief! Someone made a transaction on my account without my permission, and when I called to sort it out, they turned me down! And to make matters worse, they claimed it was because the transaction happened in another state. Like, how is that even relevant? It seems like they're just trying to withhold my money without offering any assistance. I'm beyond frustrated and will definitely not be using this company again. And to add insult to injury, they don't even have English as their main language option for customer service calls, making it extremely difficult to understand them!

    Hiboy scooter for fishing

    I recently got this awesome scooter for fishing since all the good fishing spots in my neighborhood are too far to walk to. I put a basket on it for my bait and added some holders so I can carry my rods. It was really easy to put together, only took me an hour, and after charging it for 3 hours, I was good to go!

    I'm sharing about a recent online shoe purchase I made. It's been a real bummer, just like what others have gone through. So after I placed my order, I didn't get any confirmation email, but my credit card was charged right away. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times for help, but haven't heard back at all. I've even gone ahead and reported this shady business to my bank.

    I ordered this jacket in early November thinking it'd be a great Christmas gift. But here we are, almost mid-December, and still no sign of it. I contacted customer service hoping for a solution, but all they gave me was a tracking link and said I could return it if it ever shows up. No compensation, no real help. Just left me feeling ignored and frustrated. It's kind of sad to see how little they seem to care about getting customers their stuff on time and keeping them in the loop about what's going on.

    Lost 4.8 kilos in my first week

    I recently had a problem with a restocking fee from something I bought. I left a review talking about my worries online, and customer service reached out to me right away. They totally understood where I was coming from and ended up giving me a full refund, which was awesome. They told me they'd make sure the fee details were clearer on their website so other people wouldn't have the same problem in the future. But when I looked at their site again, the info was still kind of hidden in the "100% Guaranteed Returns" section under "notes". Even though that's the case, I'm happy with the help I got from customer service and how quickly they addressed my concerns.

    Electrolytes liquid purchase

    The variety of liquids they offer at this store is really great. I discovered that the Potassium and Magnesium liquids worked wonders for easing leg cramps while I was on my keto diet. But I do wish they had a bigger option for the Electrolytes, since I had to buy more often than I wanted. The delivery was fast and the packaging was top-notch, making sure my products arrived in perfect shape.

    Cute dresses but didn't work for me

    These dresses were really cute, but they just didn't fit me well. Marissa from customer service was amazing! She made my returns super easy and always replied to my emails quickly, adding a smiley face emoji. I love HelloMolly not only for their adorable clothes but also because of Marissa's fantastic customer service!

    I bought some shirts from this store the other day and I gotta say, I was really happy with how nice they were. But when I went in to the actual store, I was kinda let down by the customer service. The employees just seemed too wrapped up in other stuff to help me out, and when I asked about sizing they didn't really seem to care.

    Horrible experience

    My son and daughter in law ordered the Mother’s Day package for me. I was notified by FedEx of the tracking # and delivery date. Day of delivery was changed so I called FedEx. They told me package was damaged and being sent back. Gave me the claim number which I gave to my daughter in law. She called Simply Chocolate with the info and they were extremely rude and not helpful at all. They told her they were shipping me another one which they never did. They kept giving her the same tracking number as the one that was damaged. After being on the phone for over an hour they agreed to refund the cost of the package but not the shipping and tax. This is not acceptable. And they have 2 stars cause I wasn’t able to leave it blank or give only 1 star.

    I like the quality of lenses and also it's really cool
    BUT IT REALLY DOESNT SUIT MY BUDGET

    I like the glasses and orders 3 times. It's cheaper than local retail stores.

    I ordered my frames weeks ago and haven’t received any confirmation but the money was taken out of my account - I WANT A REFUND
