I'm totally giving that website zero stars, it's seriously the worst. Can you believe they actually made me pay to return my stuff, even though the items cost less than the return fee? They might as well call themselves Professional Robbery! And don't even get me started on how they claim to be all about Muslim customers, it's obvious they're just pretending to cover up their shady practices.

I'm always amazed by all the great options this company has. I can find a really special bouquet to send as a gift every time. The flowers are always fresh and gorgeous, plus the prices are totally fair for what you get. And the best part is the delivery service is super reliable and never late.

Hiboy scooter for fishing
I recently got this awesome scooter for fishing since all the good fishing spots in my neighborhood are too far to walk to. I put a basket on it for my bait and added some holders so I can carry my rods. It was really easy to put together, only took me an hour, and after charging it for 3 hours, I was good to go!

Jacket order delayed
I ordered this jacket in early November thinking it'd be a great Christmas gift. But here we are, almost mid-December, and still no sign of it. I contacted customer service hoping for a solution, but all they gave me was a tracking link and said I could return it if it ever shows up. No compensation, no real help. Just left me feeling ignored and frustrated. It's kind of sad to see how little they seem to care about getting customers their stuff on time and keeping them in the loop about what's going on.

Hotel reservation transfer
Trivago switched my hotel booking over to PriceTravel, but when I went to cancel, the site was down. The confirmation said I'd get a "100% Refund," but I couldn't even get a hold of anyone to help. Dealing with this mess was a total nightmare, and I ended up having to get my credit card company involved to finally get it sorted.

I just joined this fishing subscription box, and honestly, I have some mixed feelings about it. Some of the stuff they sent me was really cool and helpful, but then there were a couple of items that had nothing to do with fishing at all, and it kind of left me feeling let down. I think they should do a better job selecting items that actually enhance your fishing trip.

Electrolytes liquid purchase
The variety of liquids they offer at this store is really great. I discovered that the Potassium and Magnesium liquids worked wonders for easing leg cramps while I was on my keto diet. But I do wish they had a bigger option for the Electrolytes, since I had to buy more often than I wanted. The delivery was fast and the packaging was top-notch, making sure my products arrived in perfect shape.

Blue stains on my sleeve
I got this really awesome sweater, but I only washed it one time and now there are blue stains everywhere! I reached out to customer service, but they told me they couldn't do anything since it was my own fault for washing it in the machine. It's so frustrating!

Horrible experience
My son and daughter in law ordered the Mother’s Day package for me. I was notified by FedEx of the tracking # and delivery date. Day of delivery was changed so I called FedEx. They told me package was damaged and being sent back. Gave me the claim number which I gave to my daughter in law. She called Simply Chocolate with the info and they were extremely rude and not helpful at all. They told her they were shipping me another one which they never did. They kept giving her the same tracking number as the one that was damaged. After being on the phone for over an hour they agreed to refund the cost of the package but not the shipping and tax. This is not acceptable. And they have 2 stars cause I wasn’t able to leave it blank or give only 1 star.
