Unsealed bottle
I ordered a bottle from this company not long ago and I was really bummed out when it arrived without a seal. I got in touch with Customer Service to let them know about my disappointment, and they told me the seal was probably broken when I opened it. The bottle seemed like it wasn't properly sealed when I first opened it, which made me wonder if the product was still good. I contacted Customer Service about this problem more than 10 days ago and I still haven't heard back from them. Because of their lack of communication and the unsealed bottle, I decided to just order from a different company instead.
Electrolytes liquid purchase
The variety of liquids they offer at this store is really great. I discovered that the Potassium and Magnesium liquids worked wonders for easing leg cramps while I was on my keto diet. But I do wish they had a bigger option for the Electrolytes, since I had to buy more often than I wanted. The delivery was fast and the packaging was top-notch, making sure my products arrived in perfect shape.
