So I went to the store and saw they had it in stock, so I bought it there and tried to cancel my online order by calling customer service. The person I talked to was giving me excuses and still charged me for the online order the same day. Even though I kept asking to cancel it, they ended up sending it to the store anyway. This kind of service and organization is just not okay.

Christmas order
Oh my gosh, this place is definitely a scam. I was trying to buy a gift for my sister for Christmas and I spent nearly $200, but they didn't even send it out. Can you believe that? My sister was really disappointed and I felt awful. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
