    Refurbished Laptop Purchase

    I just got a refurbished laptop from this company and I gotta say, I was actually pretty impressed. The laptop came in a well-packed box and there weren't any dings or scratches on it. Once I fired it up, everything worked like a charm. I've been using it for a bit now and haven't run into any problems. My brother, who knows his stuff when it comes to computers, suggested I check out Tech For Less, and I'm really glad I did.     So, I recently bought stuff from ULTA Beauty that was a letdown. I got a mascara, lipstick, and some freebies as per their promo, but the package I got was missing the freebies. ULTA didn't bother to send me the missing stuff but just gave me a gift card with way less value. This bait-and-switch tactic and not delivering on orders is just not cool. When people buy stuff with promos, they want to get everything they were promised, and ULTA dropped the ball on that. This kind of shady move only pushes away loyal customers and makes the brand look bad.

    Ruffle Sleeve Dress

    Wow, I can't believe I spent my money on this ruffle sleeve dress. The material is not at all like what I saw online - it's like cheap polyester trash. The photo made it seem so adorable and stylish, but in reality, it's a total letdown. The size was wrong, the colors were dull, and the quality was low. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this dress.

    I was really let down by the smartwatch I got from this company. The quality was way worse than I thought it would be, and don't even get me started on the customer service - it was basically non-existent. The lack of help left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing. Later on, I found out that the products are made and sent from a whole different country, which makes sense why they're so cheap and the customer service is so bad. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this product that just wasn't worth it, especially when I could have gotten a way better one for way less money straight from the source.

    Innovative product design idea

    I contacted the company with a cool idea for their product design, hoping to make it even better. But all I got back was a boring generic response. It's frustrating when you try to help improve something, and companies just brush off your ideas. It feels like they don't value customers who want to help them be better than the rest. This kind of attitude doesn't make me want to stick with them or trust them, and it makes me question if they really care about their customers at all.

My orders always get to me super quick, in just a few days, which is pretty awesome. But lately, I've noticed they don't have the e-liquid flavor and size I always go for, so it's not as budget-friendly for me to shop here anymore.
