Saber purchase for child's present
I got a saber for a kid's present and man, NSabers really dropped the ball on the service. They said it would take 7-10 days to get there, but it wasn't until day 10 that I even got a notice it had been shipped. Then, by day 15, the local guys, Evri, said it was lost. NSabers made me fill out a form saying they'll look into it and basically threatened to call the cops if I was messing around about not getting it. After a week, they said the tracking showed my local guys had it and I should just go pick it up. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered it and now NSabers won't send a new one or give me a refund. This whole thing has been a nightmare, totally unprofessional. I'd tell others to stay away from them - it feels like a total scam. I'm gonna call my credit card company to get my money back.
