Quick and easy purchase
The buying process was super easy and quick, thanks to the simple interface that helped me easily find and pick out what I needed. I got emails confirming each step, even one telling me when my order was shipped. But I was a little bummed about how long it took to get my stuff. It felt like forever - almost a month to ship and then another 10 days to actually arrive. That long wait got me worried, wondering if my order got lost or stolen during transit. I think it would be a big help to customers like me if they sent more updates during shipping to keep us in the loop. All in all, it was a smooth process, but the shipping time definitely needs some improvement.

I've been on the hunt for some lavender ankle boots for like four years, man. Every time I thought I found a perfect pair, they would always end up disappointing me, ya know? When I first got my order, I was kinda bummed because the thing I got was too small. So, I called customer service and they said I could get some money back or a coupon for their stuff, but I wasn't cool with that. But then, after we emailed back and forth, they told me I didn't have to send the thing back and they'd give me my money back soon. It was cool that they fixed things in the end, but they could do better with how they talk to customers. It would've been easier if I could've talked to a real person right away.
Faux fur coat purchase
I really like the faux fur coat I bought from this store. It's super warm and fits me perfectly. I love that it has two pockets, they come in handy for keeping small stuff. The color is perfect, it goes with all my outfits. The zipper is a little tough to zip up smoothly because of the fur material, but it's not a big deal. Plus, the brand sent me a $50.00 voucher, so basically the coat was free! I'm so happy to have this stylish and cozy coat. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service from the store.

I bought something online and chose the fast delivery. It's been almost a week and I still haven't heard anything about my order. I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service, but haven't gotten a single reply. Not knowing what's going on is really frustrating, especially since I paid extra for quick delivery. I can't help but wonder if my package got lost, if it's out of stock, or if there's some other problem causing the delay. And not having a phone number to talk to someone just makes it worse.

I just bought this button-up shirt dress made specifically for curvy ladies, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with how well it fit me. Ill-fitting products
I'm done with this store. I bought some stuff that didn't fit, and when I wanted to return them, the customer service was no help at all. It's annoying not being able to try things on first, and not getting a refund just made me feel cheated.
Failed delivery, no response from customer service
I'm really upset with how things went down with this company. I ordered something, got charged on my card but never got my stuff. I tried to reach out for help, but no one got back to me. I gave them the right address, but my package was sent to the wrong place in Unionville, not Markham where I live. If I don't get my money back soon, I'll have to take it up with my credit card company.
Shoes too big
I bought these shoes for my daughter but they ended up being way too big. When I tried to return them the customer service was totally unhelpful. I was really getting frustrated because time was running out on the return policy. But then they surprised me by refunding my money and saying I could keep the shoes. I guess that's pretty cool, right?

The item was just like the description and came in really good shape. But gotta say, shipping took longer than I thought. So if you need it by a certain time, make sure to order ahead.

I bought some clothes online and they don't fit right. I've been trying to contact customer service through email, phone, and even Facebook but they won't reply. They promised to send a shipping label but I haven't gotten anything yet. My 30-day return window is running out and I just want my money back for the clothes that don't fit. It's so frustrating that I can't get in touch with customer service. They really need to make it easier for me to return things myself.
Frustrating shopping experience
If you're up in Canada, I wouldn't bother ordering from this company. Dealing with tracking was a total mess, returns were a pain, and don't even get me started on their customer service - not much help at all there. I even had to fork over my own cash for a return label and do a bunch of extra stuff just to find a phone number for the recipient. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to shop.

Refund request for order CSAM2522
I've been dealing with a real headache trying to get a refund for order CSAM2522 that I placed back in March. I never got the item, and even though they said I'd have my money back by the end of August, I'm still waiting. They first said it would take 120 days, but it's been longer than that. I'm about ready to take this to court if they keep dragging their feet.
Short sleeve hoodie purchase
I bought a short sleeve hoodie and it's really nice, but it's kinda heavy for summer. I wish they had it in a lighter material. It fits just right and was shipped super quick. I definitely would suggest checking it out!
