Sandals in brown leather
The sandals I bought from this company are absolutely gorgeous, from the design to the craftsmanship. But my whole experience was kinda ruined by the lack of customer service. Even though the product is top-notch, the fact that my questions and problems were ignored just left me feeling let down and annoyed. Good customer service is key for a company to keep a good rep and keep growing. The sandals are amazing, but the overall experience fell short.

Yoga mat purchase
I'm really bummed about the yoga mat I bought recently. It fell apart after just a few uses, with the surface coming off. I reached out to customer service and sent photos to show what happened, hoping they'd fix it. But I was surprised when they said it was just normal wear and tear. I wasn't happy with that response at all. It felt like they didn't care about my concerns. The product was low quality and the customer service was disappointing, so I won't be buying from them again.

My withdrawal has been taking forever. It's been over 3 days already, which is just not cool. I've never had to wait this long with any other platforms. Honestly, I shouldn't have even listened to my friend who told me to use this service.

Ink cartridge for printer
I just bought an ink cartridge for my printer to try and keep it working well. But man, it turned out to be a total letdown. When I tried to install the cartridge, my printer couldn't even detect it. So, I had to call customer service and go through a bunch of steps to try to fix it. Even though I did everything they told me to, I still had issues with the printing, especially with the black ink. The people I talked to at customer service were no help at all and made it super difficult for me to even think about returning the bad product. To sum it up, dealing with the ink cartridge and the customer service was a headache and a huge disappointment.

Amazon has raised the bar for retailers and consumer expectations. In comparison, Zolucky leaves one with the impression that it is a scam. I Have ordered a St.Joseph statue and have called and emailed several times daily and no one had returned my phone calls or emails because I have NOT received my item and they didn't provided me a tracking number.
