Unauthorized recurring charges
I've been dealing with unauthorized recurring charges on my bank card for more than a year now. I've asked the company multiple times to stop these payments and reimburse me for the fraudulent charges, but they keep ignoring me. It's really frustrating and upsetting to see another payment come out without my permission, and their lack of response just makes things worse. The customer service I've received has been terrible, and I still don't see any solution in sight.

Ceramic Coating Kit
I just got this Ceramic Coating Kit from this company, and let me tell you, I am blown away by how good it turned out. Putting it on was easy peasy and the finish is super shiny and it's been holding up for weeks now. My car looks amazing and cleaning it is a breeze. Kettle Cooker with Accessories Purchase

Convert software review
The DVD conversion software does a great job at archiving and delivers really high-quality results, especially in HD mode. However, there are a bunch of problems in how it works. The tracks don't get processed smoothly, adding effects can make the program crash, and picking episodes doesn't happen in the right order. The customer service team is quick to respond, but they don't really fix the issues well. In general, it gives you nice picture quality but comes with a lot of flaws.

Grass-fed meats
This place has some amazing grass-fed meats, seriously some of the best I've ever had. The pork chops kinda let me down, but everything else I've gotten here has been top-notch. Yeah, the prices are a little on the high side compared to your average grocery store, but they're still better than other places I've checked out. I've been coming here for years and always walk away happy with what I get.

water filter pitcher, filter replacement.
I just bought a water filter pitcher from this company, along with some replacement filters. The filters were okay, but the extras that came with it - like the "priming bag" and the pitcher itself - were pretty disappointing. The plastic felt really cheap and not very durable. Plus, two out of the three filters I got were defective and didn't work properly. The priming bags were basically useless and didn't do what they were supposed to do.

MDM removal tool
I found this awesome tool that worked like magic to get rid of the MDM on some old work phones I had lying around. I wanted to give them to my kids, but the MDM was in the way since I couldn't log in with my old work info. This tool helped me bypass that so I could use the phones for wifi only. At first, they only gave me a 7-day trial, but when I tried to upgrade to lifetime use, they wanted a good review in exchange. It was great at first, but I ran into some problems later on when I tried to install it on a new computer. Even though I wasn't using the old computer anymore, they wanted me to transfer the license and write another review on the new one.
