The DVD conversion software does a great job at archiving and delivers really high-quality results, especially in HD mode. However, there are a bunch of problems in how it works. The tracks don't get processed smoothly, adding effects can make the program crash, and picking episodes doesn't happen in the right order. The customer service team is quick to respond, but they don't really fix the issues well. In general, it gives you nice picture quality but comes with a lot of flaws.
