Mixed Feelings about Clearly Filtered's Water Filters
I've been using Clearly Filtered water bottles for a few months now, and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with them. The water I get from the tap is definitely not the best, but with this filter, it's drinkable. I would say that it does a good job of eliminating any weird tastes or odors.
The water bottles themselves are made of durable plastic and feel solid in my hand. They're also easy to clean. I've dropped mine a couple of times and it still works fine.
One downside is that the filter needs to be replaced every three months, which can be a bit of a hassle. And it's not the cheapest filter on the market, but it's not the most expensive either.
So, in summary, if you're looking for a way to make tap water more palatable, Clearly Filtered is a decent option. The bottles are sturdy and the filters do a decent job of removing impurities. I've been using these water filters for a while now and I'm pretty happy with them. They do a good job of getting rid of PFAS, which is a big plus compared to other filters out there. I did have a little hiccup at first when I got an older version of the pitcher, but the company sent me the new model right away. It would be great if they could let us know if the filters also get rid of 1,4-dioxane. That would be really helpful information. The new filter replacement process is much easier now, which I really appreciate. I also like the referral program and the sales that come up every now and then. It's a nice extra touch that makes the whole experience even better.
Awesome Water Filter
I live in a place where the water is gross because of all the pollution around here. I was looking for a filter to clean up the water without making more plastic waste. After doing a bunch of research, I came across this awesome water filter that gets rid of all the nasties. I've been buying from them for a whole year now and their products are really great. And their customer service is top-notch. They really care about their customers and the environment. I'm definitely sticking with them for a while.
Filter replacement
So, I had a bit of a problem with my replacement filter. It was leaking charcoal, even though it was past the warranty. I reached out to customer service and they asked for a picture. They quickly sent me a new one. The filter is awesome, we even bring it along on trips. I totally recommend their products!
Clearly Filtered pitcher with one filter
I just bought this filter pitcher and at first I was all impressed with how it was packaged, delivered, and designed. But then, after just a few weeks of using it, I started noticing that the water was coming out super slow. I tried priming the filter a bunch of times, but the flow rate just kept getting worse until eventually, no water was passing through at all. So I reached out to customer service and they told me that the filters might only last 2-3 months, depending on how often you use it. I was totally taken aback by this information because it means I'd have to spend a ton of money every month just to have clean drinking water.
Filter purchase
I just bought a water filter from this company, and let me tell you, I was super bummed out by the service I got. They sent the filter to the wrong address, and when I called them out on it, the customer service rep basically told me to deal with it on my own. That lack of owning up to their mistake and making it right really didn't sit well with me. I definitely won't be giving a shoutout to this company to anyone from now on.
Pitcher filter purchase delay
I just got this pitcher filter and they said it would arrive in 2-4 business days. But then they took my money and told me it's gonna be more like 1-2 weeks because they're super busy. It's really annoying and kind of a letdown.
Water filter purchase
Man, I ordered a water filter forever ago and it still hasn't shown up! I'm so annoyed that I haven't even gotten an update from the company. If I knew it would take this long, I would have just bought a different filter.
