Filter replacement
So, I had a bit of a problem with my replacement filter. It was leaking charcoal, even though it was past the warranty. I reached out to customer service and they asked for a picture. They quickly sent me a new one. The filter is awesome, we even bring it along on trips. I totally recommend their products!
