Slow filter, billing issues
The filter I bought was a total headache - it took so long to work right, and dealing with customer support was a nightmare. They wouldn't even replace it, even though it was obvious it wasn't working like it should. And to top it off, I canceled my subscription but still got charged two times, totaling $300. Having to fight those charges was such a pain. In conclusion, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't suggest this company or product to anyone.
