Recent online purchases
I recently did some online shopping and was pretty stoked to have a few coupon codes to save me some cash. I like that the store is local and has a good range of products, but I had some trouble getting the codes to work at checkout. I tried using Holiday15 and jolly20 in December, but they didn't lower the total cost like they were supposed to. It's frustrating and makes me feel like I'm being scammed, even though it's probably just a glitch. These kind of issues definitely make me question the store's reliability. What's the point of using coupon codes if they don't do anything? I hope they get this website problem fixed soon so us customers can have an easier time shopping.

They told me to mail the shoes back so they could inspect them before offering a solution, which was a hassle because I need these shoes for work and needed a faster fix. In the end, I wasn't happy with the quality of the shoes or the customer service I received.

It was exactly what I wanted and I’m thrilled with my purchase. Even though the lack of communication at first was a bummer, the quality of the product won me over. It turns out the item was made overseas and shipped from the UAE, something I wish they had been upfront about. Still, I have this amazing custom leather item now, and the price I paid seems fair for the quality I got. Despite the mixed feelings from the lack of communication and the unexpected origin of the product, I’d recommend this store to anyone looking for unique Masonic items and I’ll definitely be back for more stuff in the future.
