Funny thing — I set up a launch night with pizza and my buddy, big plans. I pre-ordered the game thinking the key would drop at release. Nope, it showed up about 24 hours late, so our couch session became "maybe tomorrow." Trying to cancel wasn’t possible and support was a loop of canned replies, no real fix. Kinda annoying — when it works the game is great for daily unwind, but delivery and service killed the vibe.
Quick keys, slow replies
I found this site on a gaming Discord and told a buddy to try it — we both grabbed a few keys. Delivery was fast every time and the codes worked, prices are nicely low so I kept coming back. Customer support though is painfully slow; once it took three days to get a reply. All in all I still use it for cheap keys, just wish support was faster.
Missed launch key
the key showed up about 24 hours after launch. I couldn’t cancel during that window, and support couldn’t really help or fix it, which was annoying. I did get to play the next day and the game worked fine, so not all bad, but the pre-order process and service need improvement.
Not what I hoped for
dead on arrival, totally unusable. I contacted support expecting a refund or return, mentioned the EU withdrawal right, but they kept dodging it with canned replies and pointless "fixes." So my doubts didn't disappear. I'm relieved it wasn't expensive and glad I documented everything, but overall this was disappointing — felt like they washed their hands of it. Won't buy from them again.
Late-night deal that left me uneasy
I was scrolling late at night when a really cheap key popped up, I almost didn't buy because the site looked a bit off. I needed a weekend game, so I took the risk. The key worked fine and downloaded without issues, which eased my nerves, but a few days later I spotted an extra charge on my card from the same place that I never approved. No invoice showed up in my email and support wouldn't tell me which account made the purchase — they refused to share the associated email. So yeah, still worried; not a disaster but pretty sketchy.
Second thoughts after a test run
Was half-asleep scrolling a gaming subreddit when a buddy tipped me to try Eneba instead of Midasbuy. Usually I spend a lot on UC and never have issues, so I figured why not. Placed the order and then... nothing for nearly a day. I emailed once and then again; support finally answered after about 12 hours but the replies were slow and vague and they still haven’t fixed it. The delivery lag and poor customer service killed my confidence. I’ll probably go back to Midasbuy — a bit annoyed, but price seemed okay.
When the trail got real
tight, techy, not the usual customer-service fluff. They used IP tracing, third-party tools and proper digital forensics, and when they sent a clear timeline with wallet hops, that’s the moment I knew they weren’t guessing. Communication stayed focused, small tweaks here and there, but overall very reassuring and efficient.
Took a chance, mixed results
I took a chance on Eneba this week 'cause I'm usually buying UC through Midasbuy and wanted to try something different. I placed my order mid-afternoon and wanted to jump in that night — checkout was smooth and felt good at first. UC didn't arrive for nearly a day though, and support answered only after about 12 hours. They were polite and eventually fixed it, so I was relieved, but yeah, annoying wait. Delivery and response time need to be faster. Price was okay; customer service friendly once they showed up, overall though.
Late-night code drama turned okay
I was halfway through a late-night sandwich when I tried to redeem one of the five spare Xbox Live codes and... it was already used. My first reaction was classic forum-rant mode — I pictured them reselling codes like it was a side hustle. I’ve had sketchy experiences with other sellers before, so I braced for the worst. To my surprise, support actually responded, asked for proof, and after a bit of back-and-forth they sent replacement codes. The exact moment I felt satisfied was when the new code worked and I stopped checking my account every five minutes. Not perfect, kinda slow, but they fixed it and I was relieved.
Odd charge but the key actually worked
a PayPal charge showed up and an email saying "your order is confirmed." I hadn't bought anything from this site in nearly two years, so yeah, I was skeptical. I grabbed the code they sent, redeemed it, and the download/install went fine — the key itself worked without fuss, which I didn't expect given the rest. Customer support, though, was pretty terrible: slow to respond, pretty much unhelpful, and they closed the case without a real answer. I had to post publicly to get any movement. In the end I was left with a valid product but an annoying process; so, not a great experience overall, but at least the thing I wanted actually runs. If you use them, watch your PayPal and be ready to push for replies.
Quick delivery, terrible backup from support
the site and delivery were actually decent — fast and clear — but if something goes wrong, CS drops the ball. Bottom line: good delivery experience, awful after‑sales help; be careful.
Midnight key mess
Wasn't planning to spend an evening activating game keys, but here we are. I hesitated before buying because these sites can be hit-or-miss, and I worried about getting a dud key. Most of them activated fine the same day I bought them, which actually calmed me down, but one key just refused to work. I sent screenshots and tried the usual troubleshooting, then opened a ticket. That’s where things went slow — I got the same canned replies over and over and had to repeat the whole story a few times. After a couple of frustrating days, one agent finally read the thread and sent a replacement that did activate, which was a nice surprise. Still, the back-and-forth and lack of clarity about refunds annoyed me. If you just want the keys and they all work, fine, but if something goes wrong be prepared for a runaround before you see real help.
Halfway-through disappointment
replies were slow, kind of generic, and mostly told me to take it up with the platform that showed the key was used. The seller kept insisting it wasn’t redeemed, and Eneba’s support basically shrugged and passed me around. To be fair, the site layout is easy to use and the price looked good, so I get why people shop there, but that didn't help when the key didn't work. After a few days of back-and-forth I was left with nothing and no clear refund. I do wish they vetted sellers better or offered faster, more helpful dispute handling — a simple verification step would save so much hassle. If you want to avoid headaches, buy from a verified retailer even if it costs more. I still love the game idea, but this experience made me wary of using the platform again.
Felt misnamed, but worked fine
slow replies and a tone that came off dismissive. I asked for a small credit or even just an apology and got neither. So I’ll be more careful and check item details next time, lesson learned. Bottom line: product works as delivered, but the presentation and support let it down. If you need full expansions, double-check the fine print — don’t assume "complete" means what you think.
Fast delivery, shaky support
clean checkout, fast delivery, clear code format. But when I went to activate the Spotify key it simply wouldn’t register. I opened a support ticket and, yeah, expected a quick fix. Instead I spent over two hours back-and-forth with Eneba, sending screenshots, order IDs, even a long Spotify support log where they confirmed the key was bad. They kept asking for more “proof” and ultimately sided with the seller. That part was frustrating — felt like someone protecting a seller rather than helping a customer. I still like the site’s convenience and fast delivery, so I’m not closing my account, but I won’t risk big purchases until their service improves. Heads up: delivery is solid, customer support needs serious work for now, honestly.
Paid, silent, still waiting
don’t count on getting what you paid for. A friend pointed me to this site for a cheap game key and I went for it — kind of excited at first — but it’s been a mess. I made two separate payments in late April and the money left my account instantly, but no activation codes ever arrived. Worse, their site refuses to send the account verification code, so I can’t even open a support ticket properly. I tried the usual: email, support form, repeated attempts over a couple of weeks. Mostly silence. A single, vague auto-reply showed up once and that was it. Their chat (if you can call it that) didn’t connect. So yeah, payment confirmed on my end, nothing delivered on theirs. It feels less like a hiccup and more like neglect — maybe worse, I don’t know. I kept checking, hoping for a simple fix, even asked the friend who recommended them to look into it, but no progress. Not dramatic, just tedious and disappointing. If you’re thinking about using them because of a low price, weigh that against the risk of getting no code and very little help. I won’t be returning.
Code works, but they took my number and my chill
the PSN code itself arrived and worked, but the whole phone-number thing left a sour taste. I bought a $50 code last weekend because I needed something quick for a game night, and honestly the code was fine — that surprised me in a good way. Now the why: halfway through checkout they insist on your phone number. Not optional. No obvious reason other than “trust us.” So there I am, typing digits like it’s normal, and already thinking, “this feels off.” First impression when the email landed: the very top is a big “Rate us” banner, and you have to scroll down to find the actual code. Like priorities are reversed, right? The weird little win was that the code worked immediately and saved the evening — I did not expect that, so points for reliability. But the downside is real: no easy cancel, support links hidden, and a privacy policy that reads like legal wallpaper — tells you a lot, but doesn’t make me feel better. I can almost hear my phone getting ready to blow up with spam calls (maybe paranoia, maybe not). I tried to leave feedback elsewhere and felt like I got the cold shoulder — that part annoyed me. So yeah, functional product, clumsy and intrusive checkout, sketchy data vibe. If you don’t mind handing over your number to a faceless checkout for a working code, go for it. If you like your inbox and phone quiet, maybe skip it.
Late-night code, early-morning headache
the code had been redeemed before I even bought it. They even sent an email with exact timestamps showing redemption at 22:30 and my purchase at 00:47 — clear as day. That timestamp detail was the one thing that made me sit up. I reached out to Eneba. They kept dodging. Time zones, internal checks, "we trust our seller"—all that. No real proof, no replacement, no refund. I got skeptical, then annoyed, then firm. I documented everything, asked for clear proof, and eventually filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre. I'm not thrilled with Eneba, but I do feel better for taking steps and keeping records. If you buy codes here, beware — and screenshot everything. Lesson learned, at least I'm not just stewing about it.
Long road, but it ended okay
lots of waiting, a bunch of forms, and a feeling of déjà vu every time someone asked for “more info.” The one detail I want to call out is the refund process — it was painfully slow but real. After a month and a half of pushing, opening a PayPal claim, and even filing through a European dispute site, I finally got my money back. So yes, it took ages, and the communication felt chaotic at times, but the refund did come through in the end, which I’m relieved about. I told the same buddy who pointed me to the deal what happened; he was surprised but also glad I didn’t just let it go. Would I recommend buying from the same place? I’d say be careful — the prices can be tempting, and they do work eventually if something goes wrong, but expect to fight for your refund and keep a record of every message. Small imperfections: support isn’t consistent, and you might need to escalate things yourself. The bright side is that persistence paid off this time, and the platform did honor the refund after enough proof. So if someone asks me casually, I’ll say: it’s okay, use it with caution, and don’t skip screenshots. Not a perfect experience, but not a total loss either.
Really not worth it — think twice
I wouldn’t recommend working here based on my time with them. I took the job because I wanted something steady that would fit around my evenings of classes and taking care of some errands, but it ended up messing with my routine more than helping it. The biggest thing that ruined it for me was the way some trainers behaved — one of them literally set me up to type something into the search bar so he could pull up a weird bit of my history and screenshot it to make fun of me in front of other people. At the time I didn’t even get what he was doing, then later it dawned on me and yeah, that stuck with me. It felt petty and, honestly, humiliating.
