I had a bad experience with this company. When I ordered something that was out of stock, they didn't bother to let me know if it was available or not. I had to reach out to them to find out, and even after they said my item would be in next week, it never showed up. This is the third time this has happened to me. On top of that, I never got any emails about my purchase or shipping details. It's really annoying not knowing if your stuff is coming or not. Their lack of communication and follow-through was really disappointing and unprofessional.

Account cancellation struggle
I had a really bad time trying to cancel my account with this company. I got charged for an account I already closed and when I tried to cancel it, it was a nightmare. They sent me to a different platform that couldn't find my account info, and even when I tried to dispute the charges with my bank, they said no. It was just super frustrating and made me feel like they weren't listening to me at all.

Milan tour experience
The Milan tour was really great, overall. There were a couple of things that could've been better, though. The hotel we stayed at was okay, but it didn't have as many nice extras as some of the other hotels we've been to before. The schedule was really busy, with tons of cool places to visit in just a short amount of time. The hotels were just average because we were trying to stick to a budget, but at least the transportation coaches were always clean and cozy.

I was so pumped when I got my photos published in a magazine for the first time, I decided to order a hard proof to show off my work. I recently bought a 20GB eSIM for my USA trip from this service. I put it in while I was still in the UK, made sure to turn on roaming for the eSIM and off for my regular SIM. When I got to the US, I was able to connect to the local network smoothly with no problems. I only used 10GB of data during my week there, which was plenty for what I needed. At $12, the service was definitely a good deal considering how easy and convenient it was to use. Oh my goodness, you all have to taste these chocolates! They are seriously amazing! I picked up a box of chocolates and each piece was like a little slice of heaven on my taste buds. The coolest part is that you can choose your own chocolates instead of being stuck with ones you don't care for. My top favorites were the caramels and prickly pear flavors! Trust me, you have to try Ethel M chocolates, they are absolutely worth it!

Oh my gosh, the beef here is amazing! It's seriously the best meat I've ever tasted. And they have such a huge variety, it's like a meat lover's paradise. My absolute favorite is the liverwurst, I could eat it non-stop. And this YouTuber, Dr. Berg, recommended this place and you know he's an expert on keto and everything. I'm definitely going to keep coming back here for all my meat cravings!

After I didn't get my tickets, I reached out to customer service. The first person I talked to wasn't much help, but fortunately, when I called again the next day, I got connected to Michael. Let me tell you, Michael was fantastic! He really understood how annoyed I was and really took control of things. He even called me back later that day to tell me the tickets were on their way. Michael stayed on the line with me until I could see the tickets on my end. All in all, excellent service and they fixed my problem super fast.

I bought this bookcase, you know? And can you believe it was damaged! The top part and the floating shelf were all messed up. I've been trying to get that floating shelf replaced, but no luck. Sebastian, Mark Specket, and Beth keep saying they'll send it over, but nothing has happened yet. It's been forever and still no floating shelf. They keep blaming the warehouse team, but they need to step up and fix this mess. It's just so frustrating not being able to set things right!

I just got this new solar kit with two panels and a controller, and let me tell you, installing it was a piece of cake. Mattress purchase issue
I recently had a bad experience with buying a mattress because the warranty wasn't honored by anyone involved. Purchasing Power told me to go to All State for the warranty, but they said no. This led to a frustrating blame game between Purchasing Power, All State, and Square Trade. When I contacted Ashley's about the 1-year manufacturer warranty on the mattress, they sent me back to Purchasing Power since they were supposed to cover the warranty. It was a constant back and forth that wasted my time and left me super unhappy. I just wanted a solution for my broken mattress, not just a $75 discount on my next purchase. It's sad to see that companies care more about making money than making customers happy and owning up to their mistakes.

They also told me I could return it through their online portal. But when I went to do that, I was bummed to find out since I got it on a super good deal sale, it was final sale and there was no way I could even switch it for a different size. That seemed kinda unfair when other places online let you do returns or swaps even with deals and promos going on. Plus, it was tough getting answers through email to fix this up, and it would've been nice to have an international number to call for quick help. After this whole thing, I'm not too jazzed about this store and don't plan on buying from them again.

The men's watches from this brand are really something special. My son and husband, who usually aren't big collectors, have ended up with quite a collection of their pieces that they love. The t-shirt is so soft, it's one of my husband's favorites, and the whiskey glasses are surprisingly light but still strong, not to mention they look great.
