Domain hosting issue
Recently, I had a really bad experience with a hosting service. They said they couldn't help me with the problems I was having. I tried a bunch of times to fix things, but they kept giving me different case numbers. Turns out they don't support VPS name servers or custom name servers. Because of that, I couldn't park my domain with them, which was super annoying and took up a lot of my time. Plus, their tech support team couldn't even keep track of the case numbers I was given, which made everything even more frustrating. It was a total waste of time, and I definitely wouldn't recommend using their service for domain hosting.
