Bonded leather lift chair
I bought this bonded leather lift chair about eight months ago, and it's been a real letdown. The leather is coming off like peeling paint, not what I expected at all. When I reached out for help with the warranty, they basically told me tough luck. And now they want $400 just for shipping if I want replacement parts, which feels like a rip-off. I've been trying to get in touch with them for three months now, but they just ignore me. All in all, my experience with this company has been pretty awful. I'd recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Vangogh system purchase
The Vangogh system I bought from this company has been a complete disaster. Since I got it, it has never worked right. I offered to pay for a technician to come install it, but they said no because they're not in my state. I tried troubleshooting with their tech support over the phone, but the system still didn't work as promised. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but my $4,000 unit is still useless. Even when I scheduled a call with a technician, nothing got better. When I asked to cancel my order, they said it was past the "grace period" and now I'm stuck with a useless new unit. I've only used the sample scents that came with the system, and nothing has changed. Save your money and steer clear of this company. They only care about themselves and don't care if their customers are happy.

Sizing issue, no return policy, lack of transparency
The dress I bought was really beautiful, but man, the sizing was all wrong. I got an XXL, but it fit like a small. Super disappointing that I couldn't return it for the right size. I felt frustrated and stuck without any good options. Also, there was like zero info on the website to help customers like me with issues. It felt like a sketchy move to buy from a site with so little info. Plus, the shop being in another country meant it took forever to get my order - like 12 days! Not cool. The lack of transparency and clarity is not cool, and honestly, I don't think I'll be shopping there again. It's just too risky.
