Nexgard purchase, questionable authenticity
I just bought Nexgard for my big dogs from this company, hoping to get the real deal, unopened and all. But when the package arrived, the boxes had been opened and there were fewer doses than they said there would be. That makes me think someone might have messed with the meds. On top of that, the packages came from a different country than what was said, which makes me even more unsure about the quality. I really care about my pets' safety and I'm not confident these meds are the real deal. This whole thing has me feeling let down and wary, so I won't be shopping with this company again.

Wow, this store is absolutely amazing! They have the cutest stuff and it's so affordable. I love shopping here all the time because they have so many options. The only thing is you have to know your size and check the size chart every time you buy something. But besides that, it's seriously the best store ever!

My package got lost and it's been a mess trying to get it sorted out. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times but still haven't gotten a replacement or refund. Every time I talk to them, they just say they're still looking into it. It's been three weeks since I bought it and I'm super bummed about how it's been handled. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of ordering from this retailer - my experience has been pretty disappointing.

I just had a really frustrating experience trading in something. I got all excited because my trade was approved, but then got hit with a rejection email. And that was it - radio silence ever since. Defective handbag purchase
My recent purchase from this brand was really disappointing. I got a handbag from Proenza Schouler and when it came, I was so surprised to see that it was messed up. The handle was all broken and it was obvious that they didn't check it carefully for quality. I contacted customer service thinking they would fix it right away, but instead, it took forever and they weren't really helpful. After almost two weeks of going back and forth, all they sent me was a tiny bag of bolts to try and fix the handle myself. This was definitely not the kind of service I was hoping for from such a fancy brand.

Difficult account opening process
Opening an investing account with this company was so frustrating. I sent in my ID, and then my account got all locked up for no reason, even though I'm old enough. And the ID check was a mess, with all these extra hoops to jump through. It's like they expect us to do all this work, but the system doesn't even work right.
