I just bought this really nice rug for my kitchen from this seller. I have this awesome bag that I sent in to sell, but it's been way too long and they still haven't paid me or sent it back. It's been over a month and they're being super rude about the whole thing. I'm really frustrated and might need to take legal action to get my bag back!

Bumper protector
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I made sure to call ahead before ordering to double-check that the bumper protector I wanted would keep my car safe in a parking garage. They told me it would, but it ended up not being as good as they said. It didn't even properly fit my car, and the quality was pretty disappointing.

Mobility chair purchase
I picked up a mobility chair for my dad who's getting up there in age. Setting it up and using it was easy peasy, which was a relief. But there was a big problem with the footrest not lifting up enough for him to sit and stand comfortably. It was a real pain, especially with his balance troubles. Luckily, Lenny helped me out with returning it without any hassle, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I'd say this chair is good for folks who need help getting around, but watch out for the footrest issue.
