Customized merchandise purchase
I really liked the products I bought from the website. The options for customization were just what I wanted, and the final product was even better than I expected. On top of the great quality of the merchandise, the customer service I got while ordering was excellent. The staff knew their stuff, were really helpful, and always went out of their way to help with any problems I had. I had an issue with one of my items, and they quickly reprinted and resent it to make sure I got it on time. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with both the products and the support team.

I especially liked the one with Dr. Amy Marshall because it felt like she was speaking directly to me in my current situation. The topics they cover are spot on and super valuable to me right now. My experience with this company was so frustrating. I waited for over a month for my order to come and when it finally did, they sent me the wrong stuff. When I called customer service to ask for my money back, they didn't come through. All they offered was a measly $9 discount on my next buy.

I've been using this domain service provider for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how smooth everything is. Clothing items purchased, payment issue
I bought some clothes not too long ago, but ran into a problem when I tried to return them. I used PayPal to pay for my order, but when I wanted a refund, Bench wouldn't give me my money back. They're trying to give me a gift card instead, which I really don't want. Now I'm reaching out to PayPal to help me fix this because I really don't want anything more to do with this company.
