Rubber head supports
I was really disappointed with the head supports that came with the product. They only included one set, and they are way too tight on my head. The paperwork mentioned that I could order different sizes, but I think for the price, they should have just included them all in the first place. I tried to order more, but they were out of stock and I have to wait another 3-4 weeks. The product itself works fine, and I was upgrading, but I would suggest looking at other brands before making a decision. Overall, I am deeply, deeply disappointed.

I recently bought this iPhone file transfer tool from a company, and I have to admit, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The software was a pain to get set up, and the interface was not easy to use at all. It was a real challenge trying to move files from my iPhone to my computer, and I ended up wasting a bunch of time just trying to make it work. Sadly, I couldn't even get all the files I wanted to transfer. It was so frustrating! I definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone else.

Seeds order
I ordered some seeds online, but it's been a week and my tracking info just says the shipping label was created and now USPS is waiting for the item. I reached out to customer service and all they did was blame the post office. When I called, they did the same thing and told me my order was already in transit and couldn't be canceled. I order stuff from different places all the time and they usually come through or at least take some responsibility, but not Ferry Morse. They just point fingers at the post office and offer no solutions. I'll for sure be steering clear of this company from now on.

That’s insane! It made me question if the whole site was on the up and up. Between the fishy warranty and those crazy prices, I wasn’t too eager to hand over my personal info for warranty registration. It’s a bummer to see a company pulling shady moves like that.

My recent experience with the airline on my adventure trip to Antarctica was a total letdown. My luggage went missing for 5 whole days, which left me with no choice but to spend my time in Chile hunting down warm clothes and other essentials I had brought for the trip. When I tried to get the airline to reimburse me for these items, they flat out denied my claim, saying they were more for "convenience" than "essential". I mean, seriously? That's just plain crazy and wrong, especially when you're talking about the harsh conditions in Antarctica. The lack of care and understanding from the staff handling my claim really got me down. It makes me wonder about the airline's morals and what they stand for as a company.
