I recently bought 2 shirts from this store, but my experience was kind of disappointing. The customer service was helpful, but there was a problem with my order. When the package came, I realized I only got one shirt, and it was the wrong size. I contacted customer support about the issue, and they said the shirts run small, so that's why I got a large instead of a medium. However, this wasn't mentioned on the website. I also asked about the missing second shirt, and they said they would send me a free shirt for the trouble. I showed them the receipt that proved I paid for 2 shirts, but they didn't acknowledge it.

A friend told me about HealthTap last spring and I've found it to be super helpful. It's great because I can easily reach out to my son's regular doctor whenever we need to. It came in handy when my son got hurt and needed advice from someone other than me. Being able to chat with the doctor right away without having to schedule an appointment is really amazing. I feel reassured knowing that our doctor knows my son's medical history and what he needs. It's definitely worth the monthly subscription fee for the peace of mind and good care we get.

iPhone file transfer tool
I recently bought this iPhone file transfer tool from a company, and I have to admit, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The software was a pain to get set up, and the interface was not easy to use at all. It was a real challenge trying to move files from my iPhone to my computer, and I ended up wasting a bunch of time just trying to make it work. Sadly, I couldn't even get all the files I wanted to transfer. It was so frustrating! I definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone else.

Seeds order
I ordered some seeds online, but it's been a week and my tracking info just says the shipping label was created and now USPS is waiting for the item. I reached out to customer service and all they did was blame the post office. When I called, they did the same thing and told me my order was already in transit and couldn't be canceled. I order stuff from different places all the time and they usually come through or at least take some responsibility, but not Ferry Morse. They just point fingers at the post office and offer no solutions. I'll for sure be steering clear of this company from now on.
