Indices trading indicators
My experience with LuxAlgo has been absolutely amazing. I got into trading back in 2023 after a rough time with cryptocurrencies. I did a lot of digging and then I found LuxAlgo - their indicators and the awesome community over on Discord really caught my eye. The indicators they offer are super on point and have been a huge help as I've shifted from crypto to trading indices. The Discord community is full of knowledge and support, which makes the whole trading thing even more fun and interesting. Now I'm copy-trading multiple accounts and have actually gotten paid by prop trading firms all thanks to LuxAlgo. Whether you're just starting out or have been in the game for a while, I totally recommend LuxAlgo for their top-quality indicators and the solid community vibe.

I just want to give a shoutout to Konrad over at Lux Algo for helping me out with my Tradingview oscillator alerts. Algorithm purchase
This algorithm totally changed the game for my investment strategy. I've been using it along with another service, and my trading game has been on fire. I tried out the free indicators on TradingView first, and then I decided to go ahead and buy a 30-day risk-free subscription with Lux Algo. I really liked their two main products, PAC and Signals & overlays, because they were super helpful and informative. However, after about 25 days, I ended up canceling my subscription not because I didn't find it valuable, but because I wanted to look into other options.
A few months later, when I was checking my credit card statements, I realized that I hadn't gotten the refund as Lux Algo's policy stated. So I shot them an email on a Sunday night, expecting to wait a while for a reply. But to my surprise, when I woke up the next morning, they had already responded and promised they would give me a refund soon. It was obvious that they weren't trying to keep my money but were focused on fixing the issue quickly. I think it was just a small hiccup, and I really appreciate Lux Algo's fast response and solution. Keep it up!Indicator difficulty
I checked out Lux Algo's indicators and thought they were really top-notch and advanced. But when I tried to add them to my trading setup, I ran into some issues. So, I decided to stick with what I already had and keep developing it. Still, I do think Lux Algo's indicators could be super helpful for a lot of traders because they're so advanced. And gotta give a shoutout to their customer support - they were super helpful and quick to respond, so my whole experience was pretty positive.

Overpriced package
I was pretty upset about my experience at that place. I had to buy a pricier package for the same product because there wasn't a way to pay a little extra for a bigger size. And on top of that, the indicator was disappointing because it needed another platform's paid version to use the alerts. After dealing with this annoyance for only 5 days, I threw in the towel. When I asked for a refund on the pricier package, they said no, even though they basically forced me to pay extra from the start.
LuxAlgo subscription
I tried out LuxAlgo's subscription for about a month recently. It didn't really live up to what I was hoping for, so it didn't work for me. But I gotta give credit to their customer service during the refund process after the free trial. Phoenix, the representative, was super helpful and made it all easy and stress-free.

As someone who's been a premium member for a long time, I gotta say Lux Algo really delivers on their support and algorithms. Since the first time I talked about getting a lifetime subscription until now, the team has always been super helpful with any questions or issues I've had. Toolset for those who can afford it
Dude, this toolset is awesome if you're into investing and want to know about buy zones and all that. It's constantly updating and they actually listen to what users want and make it happen. And the support team? Lightning fast and super helpful.
