The food is incredible for my older pup who has tummy problems. It's fresh and really helps to solve all his issues. And the containers make it so convenient to serve his meals. I also like to add some pumpkin to give him a little extra help. I will definitely be buying the beef and sweet potato flavor again.

I signed up for this sock subscription service and it did not go well. They picked out socks for me without asking my preference. When I wanted to return them, the company said I had to go to the post office in person to get a refund. Dealing with it was a hassle and I wouldn't suggest their subscription to anyone.

I found this photo editing software to be super helpful for making cool montages of all the awesome photos I take on my travels. I love visiting Indian tribes and snapping shots of the people I meet, and this software has made it easy for me to share these photos in a fun way. It's quick too, which is perfect for me since I like making beautiful montages without spending too much time. I've even made montages for my fam and friends with it. I've actually bought this software three times (one for each computer) because the prices are fair. I gave it 4 stars since sometimes the montages vanish, but at least I can easily contact the developers for help with that issue.

I just got some plates from this company and I was really impressed with how everything turned out. The price was fair and the shipping was fast, which was nice. The plates were pretty much what I expected based on the description, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were actually double curve instead of single curve. That made them even more comfy to wear. I did my homework before buying, so I knew what to expect. If I ever need more plates, I'd probably go back to this company.

Oh my gosh, I ordered a bunch of stuff and didn't even notice that tiny "final sale" note. Seriously, what's up with that?! Theory is super strict about returns, it's as if they don't want people shopping online. I attempted to email and call them, but no luck getting a response. Not cool at all. I would have been totally okay with store credit, but they're just ignoring me. Ugh, this whole situation is just not good at all.

I've gotta say, my experience as a customer of Houzz was great when it came to sales and customer service. But here's the thing - when I tried to leave a review for one of their vendor/contractors, I hit a snag. Even though I provided solid evidence of a lawsuit against the contractor and a judgment in my favor, their customer service team blocked my review. They said it had too much "opinion," but I made sure to stick to the facts. It was pretty disappointing that Houzz wouldn't let me share my honest experience with their vendor/contractor.

I've been really let down by The Tool Nut. Ordering stuff from them was a pain – my item that was supposedly in stock took way longer to process than they said it would. And on top of that, when I asked about my order, they straight up lied to me. The service was so slow and the customer service reps were no help at all. I don't get how they're still in business with such shady ways of doing things. I regret spending my money there and definitely won't be going back for anything else.

I recently got a ROKR Pinball Machine as a gift, and I was all excited to put it together. But then, I realized that some important parts were missing which was a bummer. Since I couldn't just go back to the store, I decided to shoot an email to customer service. Surprisingly, they replied in a few minutes and totally got where I was coming from. They promised to send me the missing parts right away, and they did just that - got them in a week. Thanks to their quick help, I'm now happily building my pinball machine with no more hiccups. The quality was definitely worse, they felt more like something from a budget store like M&S rather than the high quality I'm used to. I have always relied on this screen recording software, but I'm really annoyed with their latest update. Instead of saving files as MP4 like it used to, now it's giving me .webm files that are a pain to play. Sure, they have a converter, but it seems like they did this on purpose to make us use their solution. Dealing with big files, this has added a lot of extra time to my workflow. It's so frustrating how this feature turned out, and I really hope they fix it soon.

Wi-Fi security camera system
The Wi-Fi security camera system works pretty well overall, but I've been pretty annoyed by the lack of support when one of the cameras stopped working. I got the system over a year ago, and recently one of the cameras crapped out on me. Since the warranty was only for a year, I was stuck paying $179 for a new camera after already dropping $476 on the control unit and two cameras. It's pretty frustrating that Eufy doesn't offer any sort of repair services or discounts on replacement cameras, so you're looking at some serious long-term costs with this system. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely go with a wired system to avoid having to constantly swap out batteries and shell out big bucks for replacements.
