New phone plan
I've been with this company for a while now, and I gotta say, it's been a straight-up nightmare. Between unexpected charges popping up out of nowhere and consistently terrible customer service, I can't help but feel like I made a huge mistake choosing to go with them.
Switched from Verizon to Sprint
I was hoping that switching to my new phone company would help me save some money, but it turned out to be a big mistake. They told me I'd have a cheap bill, but it ended up being much higher than I thought. The service was terrible - my calls kept getting dropped and the internet was slower than molasses. And don't even get me started on the customer service! I can't wait for my contract to finally end so I can leave without ever looking back. Peace out!
Account closure issues
I had a really bad experience when my account got closed a couple years back. I ended up having some charges left on the account that added up to a pretty big amount over a few months. And now, collections is after me for a lot of money, which is hurting my credit score. The way this whole thing has been dealt with is just not right, and it's been super stressful and frustrating for me.
Phone service issues
The phone service from this company is a total disaster. Our phones keep roaming, calls don't come through, and we keep getting redirected to some other carrier's message asking for credit card info to connect the call. It's shady ever since they merged with another carrier. Our rep promised it wouldn't affect our phones, but that's not true at all. The service goes out every day for hours, and it's been happening way too long. It's ridiculous how they can keep offering such awful service. I've reached my limit and won't stop writing and posting about it until they fix it.
Overcharged for services
My experience with Sprint has been really frustrating. They overcharged me by over $500, and even though I've tried so many times to get my money back, all I've gotten is lies and unhelpful customer service reps. Every time I call, I have to start from the beginning and wait forever on hold. It's been months of going back and forth with no end in sight. Even though they know they messed up, Sprint still hasn't refunded the money they shouldn't have taken. This lack of responsibility and not caring about their customers is just not okay.
Sucks
Dealing with (brand) is seriously the worst. I've spent countless hours on the phone with their Tech Support and running around to different stores just trying to get my issue resolved. It's been a huge hassle and super frustrating.
Cell phone purchase
If I could, I'd give this company less than one star, seriously. My experience with their customer service was just plain awful. One person said one thing, then another said something totally different. I asked to talk to a supervisor and got transferred to a collections agency instead! Like, what?! Luckily, I switched to another provider. Thank goodness for that.

I just got a new phone, but had a rough time dealing with the customer service folks. One of the agents was super rude and totally incompetent. When I was trying to give more info to answer a security question, the agent got all huffy and started talking down to me. Then they just hung up out of nowhere. It was really uncool and made the whole customer service situation pretty annoying.
Defective promise and lack of follow-through
I was pretty shocked by how unprofessional and unaccountable this company seems to be. I had an issue that was caused by them, and they said they'd fix it by giving me a credit. But when the time came to actually do it, they ended up charging me extra on my bill. When I talked to a supervisor named Haley about it, she admitted to seeing the notes from our last conversation but only offered me a smaller credit. And to top it off, she put me on hold for an hour, only for the line to suddenly cut off. This kind of incompetence and lack of care for customers is just not okay.
False promises and poor customer service
I can't believe how incompetent and dishonest this service provider was. One of their employees flat out lied to me about my contract, causing my monthly bill to triple without a valid explanation. When I tried to sort it out, the company refused to fix the issue. After putting up with this unacceptable behavior for months, I decided to switch to a different carrier, only to be hit with a bill that was double what it should have been. The customer service reps I talked to were less than helpful and even accused me of lying. It's just wrong for a company to treat their customers so disrespectfully and deceptively. Needless to say, I won't ever be going back to them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Own up to your mistakes and show some respect to your customers.
New smartphone purchase
I just bought a new smartphone from your company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. Ordering the phone was a pain - the process was confusing and hard to figure out. And when I tried to get some help from customer service, they weren't much help at all. Plus, the prices were pretty steep compared to other options out there. To top it off, my delivery got delayed, which just added to the annoyance.
Mobile service plan
I've been a customer for years, but ever since that other company took over, the service has gone downhill fast. It's slower, customer support is terrible, and the prices are always changing with no reason why. The last straw was when they kept charging me after I canceled. Even showed them proof I wasn't using it, but they wouldn't give me a refund. Definitely think twice before you sign up with them.
Cell phone plan
I gotta tell ya, I've been super let down by this cell phone provider. I chose to go with them ‘cause they were cheaper, but boy was that a mistake. Their service is basically non-existent, even though their prices are low. I’m constantly stuck with no service, which is so aggravating. It feels like I'm paying for nothing. If you want coverage you can depend on, I'd steer clear of this provider.

I have to say, dealing with the customer service reps at this company has been a total nightmare. Every single one I talked to seemed to be feeding me nothing but lies and false promises. It's so frustrating to feel like I can't trust a word they say. I've been convinced to switch to supposedly "better" plans a few times, but ended up spending more in the long run. It's really aggravating. I definitely wouldn't trust anything they tell you.

The wait times at this store drive me crazy! Even though the customer service reps are nice, it's tough to communicate with the outsourced staff due to the language barrier. And don't get me started on how quick calls turn into hour-long chats. I'm so annoyed that I'm thinking about switching to a different service provider altogether.
Paid Sprint bill
Sprint is really getting on my nerves lately! It's a hassle to pay my bill in cash at the store because they charge a fee. And now they don't even help you out in the store, you have to call customer service for everything. And when it comes to repairs, they never exchange faulty stuff like they used to, they just send it out. It's so frustrating!

I recently bought a new phone from them and it was a disaster, the customer service is terrible! I attempted to recover my account but no dice, I entered my email and phone number but got nowhere. I then talked to someone and they promised to text my username, but guess what? Nothing happened! Their website is a disaster as well, who even came up with that? And don't even get me started on their customer service ratings, I mean come on!

I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at this network provider. It was really hard to get a hold of someone, and when I finally did, they weren't very helpful in fixing my problem quickly. Also, I kept running into issues when trying to activate my service, dealing with the same annoying errors over and over. It seems like they have some serious problems with their systems that need to be fixed right away. I think they need to focus on making their service better instead of spending money on things like unnecessary accessories or call centers that aren't even in-house. I wouldn't recommend this provider to anyone after my not-so-great experience.
