    Puppy bundle kit

    I bought the puppy bundle kit for my new furry friend, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good the products are. Giving the supplements to my puppy is easy, and I saw a big difference in their digestion after only a few weeks of using them.     False promises and poor customer service

    I can't believe how incompetent and dishonest this service provider was. One of their employees flat out lied to me about my contract, causing my monthly bill to triple without a valid explanation. When I tried to sort it out, the company refused to fix the issue. After putting up with this unacceptable behavior for months, I decided to switch to a different carrier, only to be hit with a bill that was double what it should have been. The customer service reps I talked to were less than helpful and even accused me of lying. It's just wrong for a company to treat their customers so disrespectfully and deceptively. Needless to say, I won't ever be going back to them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Own up to your mistakes and show some respect to your customers.

    Sweater return issue

    I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with this company. So I bought a sweater in the wrong size and tried to return it within the specified time frame like it said on the website. But even when I tried emailing customer service multiple times, I got no response. There wasn't even a phone number I could call to talk to anyone, which made me feel frustrated and stuck. I ended up shipping the sweater back anyway, and made sure to have proof of delivery, but still didn't hear anything from the company. It wasn't until I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company that the problem finally got fixed, but it took a frustrating four months. This whole mess has completely changed my view of the brand. I used to be a happy customer who bought all kinds of stuff from them, but now I'm not so sure.

    Year subscription purchase

    I messed up by trusting this company with my payment info for a year-long subscription. Got an email a month before it ended, saying they switched payment systems and I needed to put in my card details again. When I tried to take my card off my account, it said no cards were on there and told me to add a new one. I decided not to add a new card, thinking I removed it correctly. But a month later, they still charged me for the subscription even though there was no card on file. When I asked customer support for a refund, they refused. This whole thing made me feel ripped off and used. Be careful if you're thinking about buying anything from them - maybe use single-use cards to protect yourself from their shady actions.

    I just got this extended warranty from Everythingbreaks and it was a really good experience.
