    Incorrect ferry departure details

    The company gave me the wrong info about when the ferry was leaving, so I ended up missing it. I had to pay extra to get on a different ferry and make it to my destination. I told them about the mistake, but they said they had sent me an email with the updated departure time, which I never got. They first said they sent it on the wrong date, then changed their story. I asked for details on how to file a complaint and evidence of this mysterious email, but they ignored me.

    Artkive Box Gift

    I got a Artkive box as a gift from my neighbor back in 2022. I was really excited to save my daughter's artwork, so I sent it in a few months later. But after waiting six months with no updates from Artkive, I reached out to ask about the book. Turns out they wanted me to pay for a 1st and 2nd payment process that I never heard about before. I was confused and asked to cancel, but they were not very clear in their responses and gave me wrong info. I never got proof that the book was being made and the unexpected high cost was upsetting. It got worse when I got a letter asking for payment for digital editing work and there was no proof that they even took photos of the artwork. The whole thing was a mess, from the long wait to the hidden fees, and the bad customer service.

    Late-night snacks and drinks

    As someone who orders late-night deliveries a lot, I was pretty bummed about my experience with goPuff. Ordering was easy, but they didn't have as many items as other places I've tried. And the prices were on the high side for stuff you'd find at a convenience store. Plus, my order took longer to arrive than I thought, which was annoying since I was looking for a fast fix for my late-night hunger.

    Whimsical Wonderland villa stay in Solara

    My family recently went on a vacation to Solara and stayed at a rental house called the "Whimsical Wonderland" villa. We picked it because it had a cool water park and fun themed rooms that the kids totally loved. The house itself was amazing and super clean, which we were really happy about. However, we had some trouble with the wifi during our stay. We tried to fix it ourselves, but we kept getting cut off while we were trying to watch movies in the theater room. Luckily, the people at the rental company were quick to respond and really helpful. They sorted out the issue right away and got their IT department on it. They fixed the problem the next day and made sure we had a great and stress-free stay with their awesome customer service.

    New smartphone purchase

    I just bought a new smartphone from your company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. Ordering the phone was a pain - the process was confusing and hard to figure out. And when I tried to get some help from customer service, they weren't much help at all. Plus, the prices were pretty steep compared to other options out there. To top it off, my delivery got delayed, which just added to the annoyance.
