The wait times at this store drive me crazy! Even though the customer service reps are nice, it's tough to communicate with the outsourced staff due to the language barrier. And don't get me started on how quick calls turn into hour-long chats. I'm so annoyed that I'm thinking about switching to a different service provider altogether.

Watch out when ordering from this site. Their customer service is seriously lacking. I bought a black leather jacket that ended up being low quality. When I reached out to customer service to ask for my money back, they gave me some crazy alternatives and tried to dodge giving me a refund. Even though I did everything right, it's been over two months now and I still haven't gotten the full refund they said I would. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't care about its customers and doesn't handle refunds correctly.
