Amazing customer service
Lizbeth has been amazing to work with! She really goes the extra mile to make sure I am well taken care of and that all my questions are answered. Her knowledge in the field is clear, and her advice has been so valuable. I can't even explain how thankful I am for her support every step of the way. From beginning to end, she has been simply fantastic.
Proposal redo
Hey everyone, I wanted to give you an update on my last review. It took a couple of months for the team to redo their proposal, and I finally got a call from a new manager after I had to keep bugging them about it. Turns out the old supervisor is no longer around, and my HR Manager didn't do anything about it. Now they want to start fresh with someone new, so we're basically back to where we started with no progress. I'm feeling really let down by all of this, it just seems like bad news keeps coming my way. Can't seem to get a break! ?
Personnel satisfaction
The customer service from Jenny has been amazing. She's always there when we need her and makes sure all our questions are answered. Jenny even goes the extra mile to make sure we're happy. Her video calls have made a big difference in how we communicate. It's more personal and quicker. I love that she recaps our meetings - it shows she really cares. Jenny is a pleasure to work with and we're lucky to have her.
Appointment with HR Manager
My HR Manager is awesome. She's always there for me, giving me amazing advice. Even if I need her at the last minute, she knows exactly what to do in sticky situations.
Seasonal business support services
Man, I had a terrible experience with this company! I signed up for their support services for my seasonal business and they completely let me down. I had a bunch of new employees starting and needed some help setting everything up, but the support team was nowhere to be found. They left me high and dry and even admitted they made a mistake. I did my best to sort things out on my own, but with all the new hires, I was overwhelmed and lost. On top of that, I shelled out over $2200 for 6 months of services, which was supposed to include extra training that I never received. To make matters worse, they never checked in on me or offered assistance when I was struggling. And when I inquired about a refund, they hit me with some ridiculous agreement policy. Be cautious before signing up with these folks, seriously.
Dishonest Practices
I can't believe how bold this company is. I've been a customer for three years and all I've seen is sketchy stuff. They raised their prices a lot, changed their rules to dodge giving refunds, and now it's almost impossible to talk to a real person. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.
New to HR, Patricia - Thorough, Helpful, Kind
I'm new to HR stuff and I just want to say how much I appreciate all the help Patricia gave me. She's been awesome every step of the way. Her answers were really detailed and she took the time to make sure I understood everything. On top of that, she's super nice and patient, which made me feel at ease asking all my questions. I'm really thankful for all the support and guidance she's provided.
HR and Payroll Services
At first, we only tried out their HR services, which were pretty good. But they convinced us to also try their payroll services, and that decision was a big mistake. From October to this month in May, we've had so many problems - like missing hours on our pay stubs and getting wrong 1099s and W2s. It's been really frustrating because we can't get anyone on the phone, and their email addresses seem like nobody checks them. On top of that, there's no one taking responsibility and the people working there keep changing, so it's been really tough to fix these issues and it's taking up a lot of our time. This whole thing has been a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My experience with the HR manager didn't start off too great, to be honest. It was kind of all over the place and almost made me want to bail. But, after some time and hard work, the HR manager really stepped up and started to get where I was coming from. They started handling my requests better and making things smoother overall. Now, I feel good about sticking around as a client for a while and I'm actually looking forward to checking in again later this year.

I had this really urgent situation that needed immediate attention, and thankfully I was connected with Patricia at Bambee. She knew her stuff and gave me some really valuable guidance when I needed it most. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she also showed wisdom and expertise that really impressed me. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping customers like me through tough times. I also want to shout out Edwin, who also played a big role in helping me out. These two make an awesome team that goes the extra mile for their customers.

The team at this company is just amazing. I've been blown away by everyone I've met so far. But if I had to pick one standout person, it would definitely be our HR manager, Jose Valencia. He really goes above and beyond in everything he does. Jose deserves all the credit he gets. He's a real standout and has made a huge difference to our team.

Our HR rep, Brittany, has been a huge help in helping us figure out how to grow our business. She's always there to give us good advice whenever we need it. But, I do wish the system was easier to use and not so automated. It would be awesome to be able to talk directly to Brittany without having to go through the whole official HR process.
Payroll services for small business
I used this service for my small coffee shop with 6 employees. Everything went fine the first year and I was charged a fair amount. But the following year, they charged me for 20+ employees, which I definitely didn't have. When I tried to contact Customer Service to fix it, I got no response. Even after canceling the service the third year, I was still charged a crazy $6k. It's been a total nightmare and I recommend other small businesses stay away to avoid the hassle.

I had a great experience with their HR service. They were really professional and super helpful from start to finish. They made everything so easy, from bringing on a new employee to making sure all the paperwork was good to go in California. Their fast responses and careful work really stood out to me. I totally suggest their HR service to anyone looking for support.
