I can't believe how bad this airline is. I tried booking my flight online and the website is a total mess. They say one thing is included in the "Basic" option, but then surprise surprise, you have to pay extra for your baggage. It's such a rip-off! And the staff? They are so rude and insensitive, it's like they don't even care about having you as a customer. And on top of all of that, I didn't even get the seat I wanted! What's the point of letting you choose your seat if they're not going to honor it? This airline is a complete joke.

They don't even have a customer service phone line, and the live chat people were no help at all, they seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I had to reach out to Italy on my own just to try to cancel my order, and they told me I had to wait for an email from some department. But guess what? I never got that email, and later I found out that my order had already been shipped. Now I gotta deal with a whole hassle of returning the item because of their screw-up. This whole thing has been a total joke, I'm never shopping here again. It's unbelievable how they can run a business with such terrible customer service.
