Phone service issues
The phone service from this company is a total disaster. Our phones keep roaming, calls don't come through, and we keep getting redirected to some other carrier's message asking for credit card info to connect the call. It's shady ever since they merged with another carrier. Our rep promised it wouldn't affect our phones, but that's not true at all. The service goes out every day for hours, and it's been happening way too long. It's ridiculous how they can keep offering such awful service. I've reached my limit and won't stop writing and posting about it until they fix it.

Flea medicine for my cat
Avoid buying their generic items, they're terrible! The salesperson convinced me to purchase it, and now my cat and house are full of fleas. They refuse to refund it! I have to spend my weekend fumigating now, ugh.

Recent return experience
So, I went to this store recently and it was a pretty disappointing trip. I had to take back something I bought, but all they gave me was a voucher. I used it to get something else, but that item wasn't any good either. When I tried to get my money back or at least some store credit, they gave me a hard time and basically said no. Their customer service really let me down and they didn't seem to care about my issues at all. It was pretty annoying and I left feeling pretty unhappy.

I really like the iHerb app, but I prefer using the desktop page. Sometimes the search filters don't work that great, especially when I'm trying to find the best products. But overall, iHerb is my go-to for vitamins and other supplements. It would be awesome if they offered more Chinese medicine products and a wider selection of dried herbs, like an old-fashioned apothecary.

When I was looking for noise-canceling headphones to give my husband as a gift, I found this product and decided to try it out. My friends and family recommended it, so I went ahead and bought it. I was a bit worried at first about whether the headphones would be comfy enough for my husband to wear all day since he's a remote teacher and spends hours in virtual classrooms. Wireless Pro Diffuser
I recently bought that Wireless Pro Diffuser from your store and I've been having some trouble with it. After using it for less than a month, it started shutting off on its own, which has been pretty annoying. When I tried to get help from customer service, I had a not-so-great experience with a representative who kept cutting me off and at first didn't want to admit there was a problem with the unit. It wasn't until later that she finally agreed there was an issue. Now, I have to deal with the hassle of sending the unit back and wait who knows how long for a replacement or a fixed device. On top of that, I ordered some fragrance that hasn't shown up after 8 days and I haven't heard anything from the company about it.

I bought a dress online shortly before NYE. It arrived on time, was good quality, and looked just like the pictures online. Unfortunately, i did have to return it because i personally did not find the fit as flattering as i hoped. The return process was simple, and I was refunded within a week. Several different glasses
I have to stare at a computer screen all day for work. These have been amazing in reducing the blue light from the screen and reducing my headaches! They're super cute too (I've gotten a lot of compliments on them). And they're light weight. I am very happy with this purchase. I wear them everyday now and have recommended them to everyone in my office. Will absolutely buy again!
