MCM Backpack purchase
I just got an MCM backpack from this online store and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how everything went down. Ordering was a breeze, my order came right on time, and the customer service was top-notch. The backpack was exactly what I expected and I couldn't be happier with it. I definitely suggest checking out this site if you're in the market for some high-end luxury items at a good deal.
Balmain blazer purchase
I just got this Balmain blazer from the store and let me tell you, I am so happy with it. It came in all brand new and legit, just like they said. The price was super good for something so fancy and the customer service was amazing. The team was always there to answer questions and help out, which made everything easy. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

High-end designer dress for a special event
I was so bummed out by my trip to that store. The dress I bought was seriously lacking in quality – loose threads everywhere and the stitching was all wonky. And don't even get me started on the fit, it was way off despite me ordering my usual size. I checked out the same dress from a different store and it was like, totally different – way better quality and actually fit me correctly. I felt like I totally wasted my money on a product that was supposed to be luxurious but was far from it.
Off White Cap
Wanan Luxury is such a SCAM that it has forced me to write a review. I am not a keyboard warrior and normally this sort of thing I would just put down to experience - but seriously this company are SCAM artists.
I seriously advise everyone against ordering from this website. I ordered an Off-White cap which arrived crushed in very poor packaging. Not how you expect a 300€ cap to be delivered to you. I returned the item immediately and after much chasing and emails back and forth was told that they would refund me ONLY 50€ as the tags on the item were damaged.
This of course is absolutely false and they are just trying to SCAM me. They still refuse to refund my payment. Buyer BEWARE - I can´t imagine this outfit will be around for much longer anyway with practices like this.Off-White cap purchase
Wanan Luxury is such a rip-off! I bought an Off-White cap from them and when it showed up, it was all squished because they didn't package it right. When I sent it back, they tried to say the tags were ruined and would only give me part of my money back. That's a lie and they're just trying to cheat me out of my cash. I've been fighting to get the full refund, but they won't budge. Don't ever buy from this company, it's not worth it!
Coat purchase never received
I bought a coat from this website not long ago, but it never showed up. I tried emailing customer service, but got no useful answers and then they stopped responding altogether. I'm really upset about how they're handling this and feel like they're not taking responsibility. I'm going to pursue legal action to sort this out and I highly recommend avoiding this site for any future purchases.
Online purchase of jewelry
I just bought some jewelry from that site and it's been a total disaster. I didn't even get my order, and when I tried contacting their support team, they were absolutely no help. They didn't seem to care about fixing the problem at all. It's pretty obvious that this site is sketchy, so I recommend avoiding it at all costs.
Gold shoes for a special occasion
Yeah, so I ordered these super cool gold shoes for this really important event, you know? But when they finally came, they were definitely not gold! They ended up sending me rose gold instead. I was so bummed out! I contacted them about it and all they said was, whoops, we messed up the color. Then they only offered me a €20 credit to make up for it. Like, seriously? That’s not even close to enough! I probably paid more just for shipping! I told them there’s no way I’m taking the credit, and now I’m planning to return the shoes in hopes of getting a full refund.
Cap purchase
I bought a cap from this store and man, the customer service was just terrible. The cap got delivered in a super crappy package, all flattened out and unwearable. I shelled out 15 euros for delivery, which is a lot compared to other places online. And when I tried to return it, I never got my money back despite trying to reach out to customer service multiple times. So yeah, definitely not shopping here again.
