Online purchase skincare cream
So I ordered this skincare cream online, right? Supposed to arrive in 3-5 days or whatever. But guess what? It's been over a week and nada. Zero, zilch. So I call the customer service, and they tell me the same thing I already knew - my order hasn't even shipped yet. Like, seriously?! They tell me to wait 5 more days and call back. Um, for what? Useless. And get this, I can't even cancel my order. I have to reject the delivery and then wait for my money back. Great, as if they will handle that well. I swear, if this order ever shows up, I'm never buying from them again. What a joke!

Cell phone purchase
If I could, I'd give this company less than one star, seriously. My experience with their customer service was just plain awful. One person said one thing, then another said something totally different. I asked to talk to a supervisor and got transferred to a collections agency instead! Like, what?! Luckily, I switched to another provider. Thank goodness for that.

Age-defying skincare products
As someone who's been around the block a few times, let me tell you, it's not easy to find skincare products that actually do what they promise. But let me tell you, after trying out five items from this company, I struck gold with four of them that worked wonders on my aging skin. Seriously, these products have been a game-changer for me. It's like I finally hit the jackpot with a brand that actually delivers on its claims. Now, one of the items wasn't quite right for me, but let me tell you, the customer service team really went the extra mile to make things right. They hooked me up with a different product to try out at no cost, but when that didn't do the trick either, they didn't even bat an eye before giving me a refund. The way they handled everything, so quick and so nice about it, really left me impressed. You better believe I'll be sticking with this company for all my skincare needs from here on out.

I had such a hard time making my purchase online. I tried five times but it just wouldn't go through, so I finally gave up and decided to call instead. So glad I did because Daryl was so helpful! He was super efficient, nice, and got my order done really quickly. Having that phone number saved me, I would have definitely looked somewhere else if not for it.

I bought a super cool app for making slideshows.
The app is actually really cool and user-friendly, but man, it kept crashing on me when I was trying to put together my first slideshow. At least it saved all the work I had done up to that point, so that was a relief. Oh, and when I was adding like 12 lines of moving titles to my intro, it felt like it took forever for the app to catch up and edit them. But besides those hiccups, it's been running smoothly otherwise.
