Wedding shoes lost
I ordered shoes for a wedding, but the delivery was a total disaster. Supposed to arrive, but had so many issues - first, they couldn't make the delivery, and then when I was working and not home, they just sent the package back to the company. It would've been way better if they had just left the package with my neighbors like usual. And now I'm stuck without the right shoes for the wedding!

I had a really bad experience with that company. I never got the beanbag chair I ordered because they sent it to the wrong address. When I tried to get help from customer service, there was no one available to help me out. They completely ignored all my attempts to contact them. Plus, they don't even have a phone number for customers to call. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't suggest anyone use their service.

Apricot dress
I was really looking forward to getting this dress in a pretty apricot color, but when it arrived, it was just a dull beige. Not only that, but the material felt so flimsy and low quality, and to top it off, there was no return label in the package. I was so let down as a customer, especially since the pictures online were so misleading. It's good to remember that Chinese sizes are not the same as American sizes, so the sizing can be off too. Dealing with this company has been nothing but a headache, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Cell phone plan
I gotta tell ya, I've been super let down by this cell phone provider. I chose to go with them ‘cause they were cheaper, but boy was that a mistake. Their service is basically non-existent, even though their prices are low. I’m constantly stuck with no service, which is so aggravating. It feels like I'm paying for nothing. If you want coverage you can depend on, I'd steer clear of this provider.
