Subscription renewal
I had a really good experience with the subscription renewal service. I signed up for a 6-month subscription and I really liked the fun and funny videos that the app had. But then, when the 6 months were up, I realized it was set to renew automatically, which I didn't know about. Luckily, I was able to reach out to customer service and they helped me cancel the automatic renewal right away. They even gave me a refund the next day, which was nice. I'm really grateful for the great customer service I got from the company.

Freecash deposit reward
I recently put money into an account hoping to get a reward, but I didn't get it like they promised. Also, when I tried to move my litecoin to another wallet, I got an error saying I didn't have enough money to transfer. I'm not happy with this exchange and I let people know on Twitter.

Overcharged for bassinet reservation
I just booked a flight and was so surprised when they told me I had to shell out an extra 216 euros to secure a bassinet for my little one. They didn't even mention this when I booked the ticket, and I just think it's really unfair to families who are flying with kids. Other airlines offer this service for free, so why are we getting hit with such a steep fee for something that should be standard?
