Long waterproof raincoat
I just got this long waterproof raincoat from Rains, and let me tell you, it's amazing. Not only does it look cool and smooth, but it also keeps me dry even in the heaviest rainstorms. The material is top-notch and really tough, so I know it's going to last me a long time. The design is simple but also really modern, so I can wear it with pretty much anything. I love all the little details too, like the adjustable hood and the sealed seams that keep me totally dry. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I would totally recommend Rains to anyone looking for a good raincoat.

Underwear purchase
I recently bought some underwear from this store and the prices were good, but the whole experience was pretty disappointing. The delivery took way longer than I expected, the shipping costs were higher than I thought, and they don't even offer free returns. Plus, when I had to send something back, it took them more than 5 weeks to give me a refund on my credit card, which is just not ok these days. When I reached out to customer service for an explanation, they weren't very helpful and just told me it was being handled by a different department with no other info or help. The lack of transparency and slow process has left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be shopping there again.

Hair products, hairdryer explosion
Man, I've been using these hair products forever and let me tell ya, they are amazing! But, a few days back, my hairdryer straight up exploded on me! I got a shock and a burn on my wrist, not cool at all. I tried to get in touch with the company, but they haven't really been much help. I mean, I get that my hairdryer was getting up there in age, but I only used it a few times a week! It should've lasted longer, right?

I was really let down by the customer service at Selfridges. I had heard so many good things about that store, but my visit was nothing like I expected. The employees were kind of cold and not very helpful, which was a shock because of the store's reputation. I thought I'd get better service, especially with the prices of the things I was buying. All in all, I left feeling pretty disappointed with my shopping trip at Selfridges.
