Briefs purchase
I ordered a pair of briefs from this website, and it was a nightmare. They sent me a shipment confirmation and took my money, but I never got my order. The tracking info said it was still on its way, even after waiting for two weeks. When I contacted customer service for help, all I got was a robotic reply. It feels like a total scam, so now I have to deal with the headache of getting my refund via Paypal.
