I recently talked to this guy named Conor from customer service about swapping a shirt I bought. Conor was super helpful and really funny, which made our chat fun. His professionalism and positive vibes really set him apart as a great asset to the company. Sadly, the chat got cut off before I could thank him properly, but I asked Vee, another rep, to pass on my thanks.

Touch up color for hybrid electric bike
I stopped by the showroom the other day and was really impressed with how helpful the staff was. I was able to find the perfect touch up color for my hybrid electric bike, which I've had for about 4 years now. It was just what I needed to touch up some scratches and keep my bike looking sharp. They had a nice variety of products to choose from and the staff really knew their stuff and were super friendly.

Dress too big
I recently purchased a dress online, thinking it would be great for Christmas, but when it showed up, it was way too big. I double-checked the size chart and all, but it just did not fit correctly. I reached out to them to see about exchanging it for a smaller size, but they refused because it was a final sale. Seriously, Camilla? Then on top of that, they tried to blame me for not knowing my size. So not cool. They even added x's in their emails, trying to act all nice, but they are really not owning up to their error. I am beyond disappointed.

Handcrafted item
I bought this cool handmade thing on Etsy, but dealing with the seller was a bummer. I tried to sort things out with them but ended up reaching out to Etsy for help. They gave me the option to get my money back or keep the item, so I decided to keep it. But then out of nowhere, they closed the case and refunded me without talking to me first. When I asked why, they said it was their "Dedicated Review Team" who made the call. I questioned the process, but all they did was give me basic nice-sounding responses.

I've been coming to this place for a while now, and I gotta say, their supplements are top-notch. Small necklace, quick delivery
I was really looking forward to getting my necklace in the mail, but when I finally got to open the package, I was kinda bummed out 'cause it was way smaller than I thought it would be. The quality was decent, but I just wish that the website had shown the actual size better.

Bag, carabiner, phone case
I had three different orders and they all had some serious issues. The bag I got had a strap that snapped on day one, the carabiner on the $400 (on clearance) bag was already broken and couldn't close, and the phone case fell apart in less than a month. It's not cool that they won't give refunds or allow returns.

Ibis Hakka frame
I bought an Ibis Hakka frame from Competitive Cyclist not too long ago. Unfortunately, I was pretty let down by one of the frames when I checked it out. There were a bunch of dimples and bumps on it, with some as big as 2.5 inches. I contacted customer service, but they didn't want to own up to sending out a messed-up frame that shouldn't have made it past quality control. And to top it off, they wanted me to foot the bill for return shipping, on top of what I already paid for shipping. Dealing with all of this has left me feeling annoyed and unimpressed with their service.
