Toner cartridges and drum for printer
I just got three new toner cartridges and a drum for my printer. Two of them were good, but one leaked all over and barely did any printing. And when I tried to put in the new drum, my printer wouldn't even acknowledge it. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service, but every time I call, I get put on hold and then the call just hangs up. It's really irritating, and now I'm thinking about getting a new drum from somewhere else and maybe trying a different brand of toner.

Cash on delivery order
I recently made a cash on delivery order through the app, and it was pretty frustrating. I got a message in the morning telling me to pay and tell the delivery person to drop off my package. Since I was going out, I decided to use UPI for the payment and even took a screenshot of the confirmation. But when the delivery guy showed up, he said I hadn't paid. I showed him the screenshot, but he said the system showed no payment. So, I called customer service, and they said it would take 24 hours to process the payment and get my parcel. Why didn't they tell me this in the first message? It's so frustrating when there's no communication. I've never had this issue with Amazon. Plus, the customer service person I talked to didn't help at all.

Rental car experience
After renting a car twice in Denmark and Spain, I gotta say I was really impressed. The whole process was super easy, the cars were in awesome shape, and the customer service was amazing. I'm already excited to book with them again for my next trip to Denmark in November.
