Toner cartridges and drum for printer
I just got three new toner cartridges and a drum for my printer. Two of them were good, but one leaked all over and barely did any printing. And when I tried to put in the new drum, my printer wouldn't even acknowledge it. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service, but every time I call, I get put on hold and then the call just hangs up. It's really irritating, and now I'm thinking about getting a new drum from somewhere else and maybe trying a different brand of toner.

I just bought a subscription for my brother that sends socks every month for a few months as a gift, and it was a big success! Both my brother and I were impressed by the quality and variety of socks that came in each package. The little extra of a note from me with each delivery made it even more special and enjoyable. Phone tracking app
I was freaking out about not knowing where my kid was, so I downloaded this phone tracking app. It was a breeze to use and the GPS tracking was spot on! I could see exactly where my kid was at any given moment, which really put my mind at ease. I totally suggest this app to all parents who want to keep tabs on their kids!

Cash on delivery order
I recently made a cash on delivery order through the app, and it was pretty frustrating. I got a message in the morning telling me to pay and tell the delivery person to drop off my package. Since I was going out, I decided to use UPI for the payment and even took a screenshot of the confirmation. But when the delivery guy showed up, he said I hadn't paid. I showed him the screenshot, but he said the system showed no payment. So, I called customer service, and they said it would take 24 hours to process the payment and get my parcel. Why didn't they tell me this in the first message? It's so frustrating when there's no communication. I've never had this issue with Amazon. Plus, the customer service person I talked to didn't help at all.

Two purchases, both with issues
Juicy Couture really needs to step up their game with their inventory management. I've ordered from them twice already, and both times I've run into issues with my items being out of stock or on back-order. It's super annoying when you think you've snagged something cool, only to later find out it's not even in stock. Their customer service did get back to me fast when I reached out, but that doesn't change the fact that it was inconvenient. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

After renting a car twice in Denmark and Spain, I gotta say I was really impressed. The whole process was super easy, the cars were in awesome shape, and the customer service was amazing. I'm already excited to book with them again for my next trip to Denmark in November.

Useless bottle
This water bottle is seriously ridiculous! It's supposed to help you keep track of how much water you drink, but it just sits on your phone and doesn't even do its job. The app can't even locate it, so what's the use? It's basically just a fancy thermos that's useless. Save your money and don't buy this useless thing!
