Clothing return
I have to admit, I was pretty quick to judge the customer service at this place. I left a negative review at first because I thought they were ignoring my return request. Turns out, they were actually trying to get in touch with me through emails and even gave me a call. The issue was that their messages were ending up in my spam folder. My mistake! Once I realized the mix-up, I could see how much effort they had put in to help me out. So, big apologies to the team at this place for my misunderstanding. They were really patient and understanding, and I'm grateful for that. Lesson learned - always check your spam folder! I'll definitely be back to shop here.
Clothing items
I just wanted to share my recent shopping experience because it was so great! This lady, Barb, was super helpful and really went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to walk me through the sale, gave me some suggestions, and answered all my questions with a lot of knowledge and professionalism. Barb even went above and beyond by letting me know when some specific items I wanted were back in stock. She made sure I got the best deals and options available. Barb's commitment to making sure I was happy really made a difference. I really appreciate all her help and I'm excited to shop there again in the future.
Plum Inizio Skirt
My wife absolutely loves her Plum Inizio skirt from this store. She already had some other Inizio skirts from here and was so excited to add the plum one to her collection because purple is her favorite color. The skirt is really well made, super comfy, and is now one of her go-to outfits. The customer service at Get Dressed Collective is seriously amazing. The staff really knows their stuff and is always ready to help with any questions. They have a great selection of clothes from top brands, so it's always a fun shopping experience there. Thanks to the awesome service, shopping at this store is always a pleasure.
Johnny Was kimono, search engine, Get Dressed Collective, brand new, perfect
I was on a mission to find this gorgeous Johnny Was kimono that caught my eye online, but having no luck. I searched far and wide on different websites with no success. Feeling defeated, I decided to give it one more go and used a search engine. To my surprise, I stumbled upon Get Dressed Collective, a brand I had never heard of. They had the exact kimono I had been searching for, and to top it off, they delivered it to me just two days after I ordered it. The kimono was in pristine condition, just like they described. I was so impressed with the top-notch service from Get Dressed Collective.

Dark Olive pants, comfortable, versatile, great for fall
I had the best time shopping at Get Dressed Collective! Barb, the salesperson, really knew her stuff and helped me pick out the perfect pair of Dark Olive pants. They're super comfy and go with everything, perfect for fall. The color is this cool mix of gray and green that makes any outfit pop. Yeah, they were a little pricey, but I know I'll wear them everywhere, especially when I'm on the go. I'm so happy with my buy and the awesome service at that store.

I just got this dress from a little shop and it was such a great experience! The store owner was super nice and you could tell she really cares about her customers. The dress I ended up with was just like it was described online, and the quality was impressive. Paying with Amazon was smooth and easy, which made checking out a breeze. I tried to return something and didn't hear back, so I thought they might be trying to scam me. Turns out, my return request didn't even go through at first! Thankfully, customer service came through and fixed the issue. Glad it all worked out in the end.

My online shopping experience was awesome! The customer service was amazing, and the staff really knew their stuff about the products. Cute summer tops
I'm really loving those high-low tops from this store, they're just too cute and comfortable! I ended up getting both a small and medium in black. I usually go for a small but the medium ended up fitting me better. They're absolutely perfect for summer and they pair nicely with wide leg button pants or jeans. The customer service at this place is always top-notch, I'm a big fan!
Second coat purchase
Just picked up another coat that I absolutely adore! I've gotten so many compliments on it. The shipping was super quick and free, and the store overall is just amazing. They've got top-notch service and quality products. Definitely gonna be coming back for more.
