Cute dress
I recently got this super cute dress and I absolutely loved how it looked on me! But ya know, there was a bit of confusion with my order and shipping, so I was a little lost at first. But in the end, I really liked it!
Blouse from US to France
I had a great experience with Get Dressed Collective! I ordered a blouse and it arrived in France from the US without any issues. The blouse is beautiful and just as I had hoped. The customer service was really helpful and got back to me quickly when I had questions about my order. The ordering process was easy and clear. The customer service lady at this store was awesome! She helped me order the Candy Pant that I really wanted at the best price possible. Dark Olive pants, comfortable, versatile, great for fall
I had the best time shopping at Get Dressed Collective! Barb, the salesperson, really knew her stuff and helped me pick out the perfect pair of Dark Olive pants. They're super comfy and go with everything, perfect for fall. The color is this cool mix of gray and green that makes any outfit pop. Yeah, they were a little pricey, but I know I'll wear them everywhere, especially when I'm on the go. I'm so happy with my buy and the awesome service at that store.
Plum Inizio Skirt
My wife absolutely loves her Plum Inizio skirt from this store. She already had some other Inizio skirts from here and was so excited to add the plum one to her collection because purple is her favorite color. The skirt is really well made, super comfy, and is now one of her go-to outfits. The customer service at Get Dressed Collective is seriously amazing. The staff really knows their stuff and is always ready to help with any questions. They have a great selection of clothes from top brands, so it's always a fun shopping experience there. Clothing return
I have to admit, I was pretty quick to judge the customer service at this place. I left a negative review at first because I thought they were ignoring my return request. Turns out, they were actually trying to get in touch with me through emails and even gave me a call. The issue was that their messages were ending up in my spam folder. My mistake! Once I realized the mix-up, I could see how much effort they had put in to help me out. So, big apologies to the team at this place for my misunderstanding. They were really patient and understanding, and I'm grateful for that. Lesson learned - always check your spam folder! I'll definitely be back to shop here.
Delayed delivery, untraceable tracking number
I recently bought a dress from Get Dressed Collective about a month ago. I liked getting the first message from them and the emails that came after to check in on how things were going. But, I still haven't gotten the dress I ordered and it's been a total headache trying to figure out where it is. The tracking number they gave me doesn't seem to work on the website they told me to use. It would be a good idea for the company to make sure people actually got their stuff before checking in to see if they liked it. That would make sure folks are happy with what they got and how it all went down.
Purchased crop tops for summer
I've actually been shopping at this store a lot and I never once felt let down. The clothes are top-notch quality and always fit me just right. Just the other day, I ordered some crop tops for summertime and they arrived super fast and just how I wanted. I totally suggest this place to anyone in search of stylish, good-quality clothes.
