Chrome potted gels, tiger eye gel set, and extra goodie bag
I just gotta say, I recently bought some stuff as a nail tech student and let me tell you, I am beyond happy with what I got. So, I was just scrolling through Instagram and happened to see this brand in an ad. I thought, why not give it a shot? And man, am I glad I did! The chrome potted gels, the tiger eye gel set, and the sweet extra goodie bag that came with my order are all top-notch quality. I'm trying to grow my collection and test out new stuff, and these items fit the bill perfectly. Can't wait to get my hands on more products from this brand in the future. Thanks a bunch for the awesome goodies!

Shoes for my baby
I had the worst customer service experience at this store where I got some shoes for my baby. They sent the shoes to the wrong place and expected me to go hunt them down from someone else's house or mailbox! When I asked for a refund, they straight up said no. I also requested for them to send the shoes again, and once more, they denied. Since I never even received the shoes, I couldn't even return them. It's like they straight up took my money and didn't care at all. I'm definitely not giving them my business again.

CSPO Course Experience
I just finished up this CSPO course and let me tell you, it was awesome. The instructor, Fadi Stephen, really knew his stuff and presented everything in a way that was easy to understand. He listened to all of our questions and feedback and made sure to address them all. You could tell he was passionate about helping us learn and do well in the course.

Dress purchase
My experience with this brand's app really let me down. I recently bought something through it, but ran into a bunch of problems that ended up sending my order to the wrong address. Despite having my current address saved, the app somehow kept going back to an old one, and now my stuff is going to where I used to live. When I reached out to customer service about it, all I got was a disappointing response. They basically said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't give me store credit or a refund. It was really frustrating to see them not own up to their mistakes and not help me fix the situation.
