Skewed quality purchase
I was really looking forward to getting my order from this brand, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The product I bought had a cool design, but the quality was pretty terrible. When I opened up the package, I could see right away that it looked like it had been through the wringer - all snagged up in different spots and just not meeting the expectations I had. I tried to reach out to their customer service using their online support, hoping to sort things out. But I never heard back from them.

The crew got to me right on time during the window we set and gave me a heads up before they showed up. They were quick with moving my furniture and made sure to be gentle with everything. They didn't just help with the heavy stuff in my office, but they were friendly, useful, and acted like pros the whole time. I'd definitely hire them again down the road.

Simparica Trio purchase
I just bought Simparica Trio from this website because the prices were way lower than other stores. But when I was setting up my account, I didn't see anywhere to put in my vet info. That got me worried, so I gave customer service a ring. The person I spoke to said that since they're UK-based, they sell all products over the counter. That means folks in the US might be able to buy meds without a prescription, which could be risky if the meds haven't been tested properly - and that's no good for our furry friends.

Man, I wish I had done this sooner instead of dropping all that cash at the vet.

Protein pretzel
I recently bought some protein pretzels from this store and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. The reason I decided to get them from here was because they have 12 grams of protein, which is perfect for my diet. I also liked how I could use the barcode on the packaging to find other products that fit my diet. However, I wasn't super amazed by the actual pretzels. They had good protein, but the small bag was a bit expensive. On the plus side, I did like that this store had more affordable shipping compared to others, which is why I ended up making the purchase.
