I was super pumped to finally snag a watch I've had my eye on for ages on Boxing Day, but then I got an email saying it's sold out and they gave me my money back! I was really bummed because I had been holding out for that day to score the best price. Now I have to dish out more cash at another store. It just doesn't seem right!

Reservation process and customer service experience
I recently booked a reservation on this platform and ran into some issues while I was placing the order. I had to change the main driver of the rental, but I realized that adding another driver would cost extra. Fortunately, I got amazing assistance from the customer service rep named Hall. He was really patient and professional, and he walked me through the whole process. I was able to cancel my reservation on time and get a full refund.
Even though I was grateful for Hall's excellent customer service, I do feel like the ordering platform could be easier to use. The process seemed a little unfair, starting the charge before I finished all the important steps and not letting me make changes before confirming. Motorcycle parts purchase
The motorcycle parts I bought from the company didn't fit my bike exactly. If they'd asked me for my motorcycle's make and year on the order form, we could've prevented this mix-up. Even though that happened, I gotta say, Motea's customer service was quick and helpful in fixing the problem. In the end, I'm happy with how everything was taken care of and I'd totally suggest Motea to anyone. I might even go back to them in the future.

I bought a set of glassware from this company recently, and it was a total nightmare. The website was a mess to navigate, especially when I tried to enter my US address as a Canadian customer. Their chat support was never available, and when I called, I either got no response or was told I'd get a call back that never happened. It felt like they didn't want any customers, especially Canadian ones. The customer service was terrible, which made the whole thing super frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
