Skincare products
I ordered from their official website for the second time, and my order got lost or is taking forever to process - again. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't received any shipment confirmation. No one even answers the phone at their customer service line. I think I'm just going to buy my skincare products at the pharmacy where I know they will actually come on time.
Skincare products
I bought some skincare products from this company recently and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The stuff came in good packaging and looked brand new. The customer service person I talked to was super nice and answered all my questions. The products themselves are really high quality and I've been loving using them every day.
120 euro for 3 samples
I paid 120 euros for my order of various products on 11/24/2021, and I only received 3 samples of 3ml each. I haven't gotten any response via email or phone. I thought since they are part of a reputable group, they would be reliable, but they are nothing but thieves! I am so disappointed and upset about this.
Return issue resolved
I just wanted to share about my recent experience with a return issue. Honestly, I was really impressed with how the company handled it. Even though there was a little issue at first, Darphin quickly reached out to me and fixed everything without me having to do much. It was such a great customer service experience that now I'm thinking about trying more of their products in the future. Really left a good impression on me.
Payment issue
I tried to buy something online, but they ended up taking my money even though I didn't finish the payment. I needed to enter a code from my bank's app to confirm the purchase, but even though I didn't do that, I got a message saying the transaction didn't go through. But still, they took my money! And now, no one is getting back to me. Not through email or phone. It's just ridiculous.
Discounted first order
I was so excited to get a great discount on my first order and everything seemed to be going well at first. I was able to use the discount, make my payment, and even got a confirmation email. But then, out of nowhere, my order was canceled the next day for no reason at all. I contacted customer service, but they didn't have any answers for me. I tried to place the order again, but it was canceled once more. Feeling a bit silly, I decided to give it another shot and tried to place the order a third time. Right now, my order is still in the "processing" stage, and I'm really hoping it goes through without getting canceled again.
Missing package
I gotta tell ya, dealing with that missing item from my order was a real pain in the butt. Even though they said it was delivered, I couldn't find it anywhere when I got home. Having to deal with the carrier just made things even more stressful. And then to top it off, no one offered to just send me a new one or anything. I was so let down by the lack of customer service and support from a company that's supposed to be top-notch.
Moisturizing cream
I gotta tell ya, that moisturizing cream I got from this brand is seriously top-notch. It's so easy to put on and doesn't make my skin all gross and greasy. It keeps my skin nice and hydrated all day long, giving it that fresh, dewy look. I've been using it for a bit now and I can really see a change in how my skin feels and looks. I totally suggest this product to anyone in need of a solid moisturizer that actually works.
Complicated online shopping experience
The website was really hard to figure out, the deals were confusing, and my order that I made on February 12, 2021 showed up missing stuff with a note saying I'd get my money back for the things they didn't send. I tried reaching out through chat to customer service a bunch of times, but they never gave me the refund like they said they would. It all makes sense now why they only take credit cards and not PayPal - it's a lot harder to get your money back, even for just part of it, when the seller doesn't follow through. This whole thing was a super bad experience, almost like they were trying to scam me.
Delayed order
I just bought something from this company and man, it was a mess. I placed my order and waited forever before anything happened. Then, almost two weeks later, they tell me it's out of stock and I'm getting a refund. So frustrating! Their online sales service is just the worst. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the store. Their online stuff is just terrible.
Poor website management and unresolved issue with tracking number and undelivered products.
I had a really bad time dealing with the website management. The customer service rep I talked to was nice, but they couldn't fix my problem. I never got a tracking number for my order, and my stuff never showed up. I'm hoping to get my money back because this whole thing has been super annoying.
Wasted money
I seriously don't even know why I bothered ordering from them. I placed two orders and never got either one. Their service is just terrible, I'm not going to bother giving them another chance.
Dissatisfactory customer service experience
I was really disappointed with their customer service. It felt like a big joke because all they did was send me generic emails that didn't actually solve my problems. Every time I asked a question, they would tell me it was sent to some office that never got back to me. On top of that, they offer cash on delivery as a payment option, but when I tried to order, they only accepted card payments. The lack of transparency and communication was frustrating. Overall, my experience with their customer service was really disheartening.
Various serums and creams, Intral daily micellar toner
I've been using different serums and creams from this brand, and I have to say they've really done wonders for my skin, keeping it hydrated and smooth. Lately, I gave the Intral daily micellar toner a shot, and let me tell you, it's amazing. The scent is nice, and it does a great job cleaning and moisturizing my skin. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but given how well it works, I totally get it.

I recently got some of their skincare products, and I really love them. But man, their website was a nightmare when I tried to pay for my order. I used the "Open Invoice" thing, but I never got the info to actually make the payment. Next thing I know, I'm getting a notice from a debt collection agency saying I owe way more than I should because my payment was overdue. They never told me when the payment was due, and trying to get in touch with them by email or phone has been a dead end. This whole lack of communication and screwing up the payment process has me feeling so frustrated and let down.
Free gift with purchase
I was really looking forward to ordering from this place because they said they were throwing in a free gift with my purchase. However, when my order showed up, the free gift was nowhere to be found! I contacted customer service, and they explained that they ran out of the free gifts. It's just not right to promote something and then not come through with it!

I have been using DARPHIN products for over a year now, and I am thoroughly impressed by their quality and effectiveness. I discovered the brand through online recommendations, and I am so glad I did.
